They did not resolve my issue, the seller sent my package to the WRONG city and address and SHEIN HAS REFUSED TO CORRECT THE ISSUE. I provided proof of THEIR mistake and yet they were not helpful in this situation. MY INVOICE HAS MY CITY WHICH IS PHILADELPHIA BUT YET IT WAS DELIVERED AND SIGNED FOR IN NEW CUMBERLAND, Pa. I will be deleting my SHEIN account, I am not interested in ordering from scammers!!
