The Quality is absolutely horrible. The lingerie is cheap no Quality whatsoever along with their underwear. I think the best thing I got were my Jean jackets and hats everything else was eh just stick to fashion nova girl this $300 shopping spree was nothing but a disappointment. But if you need some cool dandy hats this is your place! 🤣

Unfortunately there returns policy is dammed near impossible to navigate and extremely inconvenient. Plus they charge me for returning the items! Insane! I received 4 dresses, the first by itself and was just amazing. The next three were a disaster. Loose threads, wrong sizes and horrible see through material. I could not have been anymore disappointed.

A lot of choice and OK price BUT if something goes wrong, it will be your problem. Their customer service is real bad. I received a damaged item. First, had to talk with their stupid bot computer. Then I was finally able to submit a ticket. They answered me in a random foreign language that they are having festival and marked my ticked as solved. I contacted them again. The contact person Zoé said she cant help me and will send another colleague. So then I had to explain for the 3th time my problem. Some weeks later, still no solution or anything. Very frustrating to deal with company's that only focus on selling but don't offer any quality or guarantee any service afterwards.

Horrible customer service. Thank god for Instagram DM because that is the only way I could get in touch. I wish I could post the conversation I’m having with them so that you could all experience the pure frustration. I placed, paid for and received an order that I never got an email confirmation for and it never showed up on my Shein account. I could just leave it alone since all went well but I want the points for the order! Plus, isn’t it a little sketchy that I have no actual proof besides my bank statement and the clothes that I actually placed this order? Wish I thought to keep the plastic bag they sent everything in. They keep asking me what my order number was over and over. I NEVER GOT ONE! WHY ARENT THEY UNDERSTANDING THAT? I really like the clothes though, lol. But if something goes wrong, you’re SOL.

Order 3 pairs of bikinis, all small , measured before purchase, and 1 out of the 3 fit , 2 of the tops were that small they barely covered the nipples , abit fustrating as you cant return bikinis either.

The leggings are so thin they are see-through, I mean you could genuinely read a book through them (this is not an exaggeration). It’s great for when I have a bruise on my leg and I want to show someone without removing my clothes. There is also a hole on the inner seam, not a small hole, kinda like a glory hole you’d find in an unscrupulous public toilet – I’ll need to sew that which is great, I have 2 jobs and a 2 year old so I’ve been looking for more things to occupy my time. I ordered a size 12 – 14 and I’d say they are on the slightly larger side, probably a good thing because based on the quality I’ve seen so far, I imagine they’ll shrink to fit my toddler once I’ve washed them. Luckily I only spent £20 for the 2 pairs (I’m yet to open the second pair, I can’t wait to see what joy awaits me when I do) so I’m not too bothered but I would strongly advise you not to spend a lot of money with Shein. On the plus side they arrived 9 days after I ordered. Items are shipped from their warehouse in Asia and I’m confident they have great working conditions for their staff, I bet they are allowed to visit the soft play and eat ice cream on their lunch and everything.

I will give them 2 stars because I was helped by a person by the name of Nico when my order delivery went wrong. I ordered from SHEIN after seeing JordynWoods promote their clothing (a celebrity endorsing a company should have been enough of a red flag lol but to SHEIN’s credit I did find a couple of things I thought were cute and wearable for the winter season) online so I proceeded to order a few shirts and dresses for a total of $68. Everything was going well as far as shipment and delivery tracking until I received an email notification that indicated my package was delivered to another address with the wrong zip code....I immediately contacted customer support and was connected to Nico who helped me through the refund process. I was eventually refunded after 4 days. I will not be ordering from SHEIN again, but like I said I gave them 2 stars for handling the refund process really well as I’ve seen other customers complain that SHEIN has never refunded them or helped them. I got very lucky in my case.

i returned my clothes with the label they sent me but they keep saying that they didnt get it. they have horrible customer service. i asked them why im not getting refund they keep making excuses saying for me to wait 5 days 3 days its been almost a month. donot buy cloths there. also they have the measurements all wrong. it rarely fits you.

I just received my parcel. Came in 5 days by DHL Delivery, which was free. I ordered 9 pieces of clothing for $139.02. 8 pieces were acceptable, but nothing to write home about. Only 1 piece was not as expected (ugly). But I had to pay $25.63 at my door to get the parcel. GST, Duty, Processing Fee, and Transaction Fee. So Canadian shoppers, be prepared to pay 18% more for you order. Doesn't sound like such a great deal now, does it? Delivery man rang doorbell once and left, had to chase him down. Won't be ordering from this site ever again.

Only giving an extra star because the shipment came days early. Otherwise, everything was awful. The clothes were all not great quality and they looked like whoever made them has not seen a real human body before. I am usually a medium/large and decided to stick with large for this order. Any bodysuit pieces I got were way too small on botton and top and huge in the midsection. One large bra I received is about a B cup. Would not recommend. This was the first time I bought lingerie and it was for a special occasion and now I am just sad.

I was very dissatisfied with this company. I entered my info correctly including city and zip. on the shipping lable they changed my city and zip. while tracking my order I saw my order was being returned to the company. i tried to contact them the number on Google just rings. I tried IM through Instagram and became very very frustrated because of their lack of response. the responses I did get seemed automated. they didn't apologize but tried to blame me that they don't change customers info I sent pictures proving that I did not and a picture showing the address they had on the lable. I had to drive 46 miles round trip to pick up my order just so it wouldn't be returned and take longer to receive and I paid in full no payment plan. I will never order again

I have bought shorts from here and it wasn’t good. In one there was lose string and very cheap and crappy material. The second one was way too big and was like a paper bag with super long string. I expected high quality. In YouTubers videos they also wear Shien.. It looks amazing quality and they even say they like it, but when I tried it for myself it wasn’t what I thought. Disappointed and confused.

Returned an item they said 7 -10 days for it they have acknowledge receipt of return on 26th September and still no refund they say speak to your bank it’s them not returning the money not my bank ..

Refund policy is rubbish you have to have the postage deducted from your refund something not acceptable about that nt v good practice

ive bought quite a bit of stuff from this site and tbh i should have read the refund policy more clearly i think its a bit out of order that you dont get the full refund for what you purchased they deduct the return postage , thats well wrong .Doubt if i will be shopping with them again i think its really poor practice .

I have ordered from Shein on several occasions and had been very happy with what i'd bought. Only recently I had to return two items. Not only did Shein charge me for the return postage, which no other online ordering shop does, but they took an inexplainable amount of time to effect a refund. I ended up having to contact their customer services to ask what the delay was. I have now been had the refunded amounts credited to my card, albeit less than what I paid for the clothes. What I would also like to say is that their cotton tops are great. They fit well, wash well and because it's a quality fabric and reasonably priced - they really are worth the purchase!

I ordered 2 bikinis in large, i am normally a size 10/12. They are so small and more like a size 8. Quality is good but if you are going to order you need to order 2 sizes bigger than you are. Plus they have no returns policy on swimwear so im stuck with 2 bikinis that i cant wear.
