“I spent about $100. Out of the 7 items I got, only 1 fits and is of good quality. The rest are oddly shaped, thin, cheap material. You get what you pay for though! I’d rather shop at Forever 21 for quick fashion. I won’t be shopping with them again. Have to say quick delivery and packaged well though. Hopefully the return process isn’t a nightmare.”

“its a hit and miss with the clothes that you order. sometimes its cute..sometimes the clothes come out to be so big and the material is cheap. I also think they scam you on your refund money!! thats why when you look at your orders..it wont tell you what you returned. the order just disappears so you can't keep track on how much you're getting back. Good thing i learned my lesson from the first time. So 2nd time is screen shot it. I did my returns...and they refund me 30 less then what im suppose to get! So i had to contact them!”

“Quality was poor. Clothing smelt and as soon as I tried on the skirt it ripped. Sizes are wrong and the earrings I brought were faulty. However the delivery was not bad! Wouldn’t shop here again though.”

“I spent $60 here. The material felt cheap. A size S on one shirt is big then a S on a different shirt is too small. Bad experience”

“Two of like 7 things I got I can make work. That's not to say that they are good quality, just decent enough to keep. The rest isn't made to actually look like the fit in the photos. Very bad quality.”

“I ordered about 30 items and I follow Shein charts on size and had over 5 items that were too big, but I could not return or exchange them because to do so you must print your order and choose from there and those items did not appear on my return order, only about less than 20 were there. Shein’s response, must be your server, tried on over 5 different computers and servers, no luck and no help from their really bad customer service. Not worth it, too many other sites to order from”

“Top ordered in size 14 , usually I'm a 12 but sometimes online shops are sized differently. It arrived and was an least 2 sizes too small. Had to return. Expensive mistake”

“Jumper ordered was tiny, one size fits all, don`t think so, good quality but made for a 12 yr old. Extremely disappointed as the they show a lovely selection of Jumpers. Never again!”

“Took nearly 2 months to come home. Packaging was really bad and clothing not as stated on website. Material very flimsy for price. Had high expectations for the price I had to pay.”
