SHEIN is a commercial scam. The product they sold me was fake and didn’t work. I returned it properly and expected a refund, but they kept delaying by saying it was under review. When the time passed, they denied my refund completely. This is misleading and unethical. I do not recommend buying from this company.

I ordered a dress from shein recently, and had to return it due to it not being the correct size. After i returned it shein only refunded me a small portion of the original price, stating that the dress was damaged during shipping. However, the pictures they sent showed very little damage and the dress was worth alot more than what they refunded me. Even after days of trying to either get the dress sent back to me or getting a bigger refund shein refused to do so. I am extremely unsatisfied with the way this was all handled.Very bad customer service because of the repetive way they handled things, not even trying to reach a reasonable solution.

I am extremely disappointed with how SHEIN has handled my recent order dispute. My parcel was left unattended in a communal area, nowhere near my flat door, and no signature was obtained — yet SHEIN continues to insist it was “delivered.” Their own Proof of Delivery photo confirms the opposite. Despite repeatedly explaining the situation and requesting the only piece of evidence that matters — a valid signature — I received nothing but copy‑and‑paste responses that ignored the facts entirely. Instead of investigating their courier’s mistake, SHEIN repeatedly attempted to shift responsibility onto me, even suggesting that I should contact their logistics provider for evidence. This is not how a reputable retailer behaves. What makes this even worse is the tone and pattern of their replies. Rather than acknowledging their mistake, they continued sending generic messages that gave the clear impression that nobody was actually reading my correspondence. This level of customer service feels careless, dismissive, and frankly unprofessional for a global brand. In a competitive market, customer trust matters — and SHEIN is rapidly eroding it. If they continue treating customers this way, people will simply go elsewhere. Companies that avoid accountability eventually pay the price. My experience has been stressful, time‑consuming, and completely avoidable. A simple admission of error and a fair resolution would have solved this weeks ago. Instead, SHEIN chose the opposite approach. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision before purchasing. Based on my experience, SHEIN urgently needs to overhaul both their delivery accountability and their customer service training.

I ordered a lot of stuff from Shein in 2025, especially towards the end of the year. I ordered a hoody for my son with a Logo in it saying something about first time Dad's to a baby girl ..very sentimental!!! There was a delay in shipping.... understandable. When it was delivered, it was delivered to another state!!! Customer service is a joke....I just wanted a refund or a resend....no luck in either area. I'm out of $15, due to a delivery mistake. I recently purchased a stroller with car seat and lots of other baby things.....so why would I lie about a $15 hoodie? I think I'm done with Shein.....they need real live customer support!!! I never had this experience with AMAZON!!!

Their responsibility is so bad. I purchased something but they didn't deliver to me and after several follow ups they said it has been delivered successfully while I haven't received it and SHEIN didn't send me an evidence of delivery receipt.also they didn't accept the refund. It's unacceptable and terrible. I don't recommend SHEIN to no one.

I had a worst experience on my one of the orders when I returned. I sent original items on cardboard box but they are showing wrong item was sent and showing packaging in plastic bag. Interesting thing was, label format what was printed by me and shipped was not same what they are showing on wrong receipt item. I feel there is something going wrong on Shein and now i dont have my trust and faith on this company any more.

This company is not trustworthy. While I did receive one of my items directly from shein, their policies for vendors and storefronts are not acceptable. Many of these vendors are obviously selling items they don't physically have in their warehouse. I placed an order for "local warehouse" and "quick ship" and the vendor put it in the "packing" phase until well after the estimated delivery date. I saw an announcement blaming the delay on flights and snow storms and it was all lies. The system would not let me cancel my order myself stating that it was already shipped but it was actually in the packing phase. I received no updates from the vendor on what was taking so long. Also I was supposed to receive 500 points for late delivery and never received ANY type of compensation for the inconvenience and lies, probably because they blamed it on nonexistent snow storms. Once I receive my refund I will delete my account. I have never had any problems with temu.

dpd left my parcel on the doorstep and it was stolen contact shein on multiple occasions and they refuse to deal with this dpd sent them paperwork that would have refunded shein for the lost parcel but they refuse to deal with it and keep telling me to contact dpd to get a proof of loss statement when dpd have sent this directly to shein and they refuse to complete it so im screwed out of my order or a refund avoid!!

If you have a delivery issue with SHEIN, don't expect a resolution. My package was marked as delivered, but my Ring camera shows nothing was ever dropped off. SHEIN’s logistics partner claims it was signed for at a "Front Desk" by someone I’ve never heard of. I explained to them that I live in a house (no front desk, no signature required), but they keep sending the same automated reply saying the delivery was "correct." They have no phone number to call and no way to escalate the issue. They would rather lose a customer over a toy guitar than admit their driver made a mistake. Absolutely disgraceful.

HORRIBLE costumer service! Shein does not accept returns, even though the clothes are not like expected. I asked for a return immediately after trying the clothes, but first they wanted me to pay 50 euro to return faulty items. Then they asked me for a ton of pictures, but even though I took 50 pictures, measured and described the issues in detail, they never provided me with a way to send the pictures (although I asked for this over and over again). Every time they replied to my mails I had to explain the matter over and over again to anew agent who obviously didn't bother to read the previous mails. - and they just started asking weird questions that had nothing to do with the reasons for returning the clothes. Suddenly they just replied that it'd been too long so they refuse every return - even though I did everything they asked, way within the time limit. Gotta be the worst costumer service ever, and also really crappy clothes. stay away!

It’s becoming so bad aside the higher prices than other platform, it’s taking forever to arrive. Last time it took 3 weeks to arrive I had to cancel my son birthday beca of that and they gave me 100 points ~(1 dollar) 🤣 as a compensation. Non reliable application is cancelled You comparators are much better.

Was a regular loyal customer. Did a order early for Christmas so to be delivered on time. We was chosen for a security transaction verification and even though gave all the information and documents required had no help no communication to resolve it. Instead same rubbish excuses and now instead of dealing with it cancelled our order ruined Christmas will not be using again.

I bought a toy from Shein, received it, didn't work. Try to return it, very hard to get help from them. I finally returned the item, but never received the money. Bad service. Temu is much better.

This is the second and last time I shop with this company. Both times I consistently get messages that package caint be delivered because no one is home. Both times I have been home all day and no one has attempted to deliver any package. Be very careful with this company they have over 5000 that’s right over 5000 complaints filed with the BBB.
