I wanted to return an item that was wrongly sent, I was told to go on the website to sort the returns, I couldn't work out what I was supposed to do so I decided to contact them, you don't get a phone number all you get is a chat line called Expert squad, I was told to talk to someone online I had to pay £1 but it was supposed to be refunded, I have just been online to my account and Expert Squad has no only taken£1 they have also taken £35, I don't believe what's happened.

It is very disappointing to share my experience with SHEIN customer care. I placed an order including essential travel items 10 days before my travel date, and to ensure timely delivery, I had been following up for over a week. Despite calling more than five times, no one in customer care was able to assist me. My last interaction with an agent named Mr. Mohamed was extremely unpleasant—he was rude, arrogant, and disrespectful. Due to this lack of support, I had to extend my travel ticket three times, which cost me additional money. To make matters worse, my package did not arrive on the promised delivery date, and I received no effective help from customer care. This has been the worst service experience I have ever encountered.

Absolutely atrocious and incompetent return system. I have been in contact with these scammers every single day for 10 weeks after attempting to return their incorrect goods. I was instructed, in order to receive a refund (only approx £10 order), to send the goods back to an address as instructed. This return postage cost me £21. The package was returned to me by the postal service as "it did not have a suitable scan code". I then received a fine for it's return! I was given three acknowledgements (I have blatant proof) that this fine (an additional £4 on top of the £21) would be refunded if I showed proof of the postal bill. Every absurd excuse to avoid paying has been used by them - one often excuse being, that "they cannot refund if the goods have not been received by the warehouse." An absurd catch 22 situation. They refuse to explain why an order of £10 was worth spending 160% on postage. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID!!!!!

It is the worst website to buy from… It is the worst website to buy from honestly - Sent me a display fridge that was working for couple of weeks and then temp went up to 51 - provided videos and pictures to prove my point then they asked me to return it - it is a fridge not a t-shirt not to mention it took a while to get it and now I need to send it back so my business is hurting a lot because of that. I asked them to send a technician to fix it they said no, I asked them to give me discount, they offer me 50 points - do you know what a 50 points worth on their website !!! 50 cents not even a 1$ - it is a joke - never again even if I pay 2or 3 hundred dollars more - the worst experience. Item was delivered to wrong address. Photo taken by delivery company (Yodel) as “proof” of delivery was not my front door. My door is no. 32A, package was delivered to no. 33 (actually, not immediately next door but a few doors away). Yodel also claimed that the parcel was signed for, yet they left it hanging out of the letter box from where it was no doubt very quickly stolen. Yodel have yet to provide me with a copy of the signature, probably because they never got one. Neither SHEIN nor Yodel have accepted responsibility for their mistake insisting the parcel was “signed for and successfully delivered”. Despite sending photos of my front door and photos of the wrong door taken by Yodel, they both maintain the parcel was successfully delivered. I have been buying from SHEIN for years, but I will not be buying from them again. It’s just too risky and I am annoyed at their indifference to me as a longtime customer. I definitely do not recommend!

Avoid at All Costs! I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from this company. The customer service team is virtually non-existent. I've tried calling multiple times, only to be cut off mid-conversation or left waiting for hours on hold with no resolution. When my package was delivered to completely the wrong address (in a different area!!!), I provided ample evidence to support my claim, but the team showed no interest in helping me resolve the issue. They kept asking for additional information, only to request something else after I'd provided it. It was like they had no intention of assisting me. To make matters worse, they refused to refund me for items that were never delivered. The complete disregard for customer satisfaction is staggering. I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with this company to think twice. Avoid them at all costs!

Order GSH1W351Q00NQ8S Paid for my order, never received it. Shein claimed delivery with a “signature” they can’t prove. First time shopping, last time. Be warned — they push blame onto customers. No refund, no replacement — zero duty of care. Make sure you directly for complaint forms (like ACCC, Fair Trading) kick out the unethical business.

I put in my address by hand but their website overwrote it with the default address on file. Received generic responses from "Live Chat" and the same messages over and over before the "agent" ended the chat. Spent upwards of 1k at this store to then be treated like my business is expendable. No refunds at all so I don't have my packages and I'm out $142.63. The other package was marked as abnormal and returned to sender. Can't get a refund for that either or any amount of genuine help. Done shopping here.

Worst company dont ever shop with shien , deliver wrong products, and dont give refund on time is has been a month no refund provide, very poor management, i recommend everyone to take your step wisely while shopping with shein.

My package was never delivered and I have spent a lot of money ordering. For clients to feel they’re not being accommodated - this sucks and totally not acceptable.

Their customer service does not deal with an issues at all and actually seem to fob you off, coming from China. Very poor service and not all products are genuine either. They are not the real deal and I would not purchase with them again.

ordered a white earring and got a silver one, contacted the customer service with pictures to proove it, and they said, that they didn't see any difference... I asked for a payback, and they suggested to send the item back for ~1500 Huf to get the amount of the product ~750 Huf back. Yes, this is an absolutely customer friendly idea.

I got charged for 4 sneakers and can't speak to live agent just ridiculous going back and forth through chat and email. They only shipped 3 sneakers and the one missing says still in cart but it's a size down from what I ordered I also ordered clothes but never again clearly ripped off
