“Honestly it's almost been a month and my order has not arrived. Was waiting for some tops because I'm leaving for a trip tomorrow and still not here! There is no immediate customer service in any way shape or form. You can try emailing but good luck. Very frustrating. Their sizes are always off. Can't they just add a phone number for customer service? There is no customer service here!”

“I got a call at 3 am and honestly thought it was a fraudulent caller, cause I never had a delivery at 3 o'clock in the morning. I keep trying to reach out but to no avail. No one is reaching back out at the number provided. I've left several text messages. My email bounced because their emails are full. I'm so dissatisfied and disappointed.”

“I'm not satisfied. I didn't receive most of my order but got charged and it's difficult to get in contact with shein and to speak to a person. I wish it was as easy to speak to someone as it is writing this review.”

“Horrible company. No customer service. Everything about them is horrible. Every once in a while, you might get something good off there. The return policy, the delivery, refunds all bad business. Do not recommend shopping on this app at all. They have sent me ripped and broken items and then made me pay to return them. When you have a problem, there is no one to speak to and no customer service agent to even chat with. Be very careful shopping on this app because it is all around horrible. 0/0 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!”

“This store is a COMPLETE joke! They don't honor their price adjustment policy! I purchased MANY items and within a couple of days, the price was reduced significantly! I get a pop-up that the price isn't lower than when purchased????? REALLY?! I brought this to customer service's attention who asked me to send them screenshots of my order and the current prices, which I did and it took me almost 15 minutes to do so! What do they tell me? I didn't meet the criteria?????? WTH?! The bottom line is that these scammers don't honor their policies...PERIOD!!!!”

“I have been ordering from shein since last year and this time I'm very disappointed i will never order from shein again,I have 2 packages last month March which I only received this week in April and there are missing items in both packages, i have 14 items missing from Shein😭,and the stuff they sent me were too small, very cheap like second hands ,and their customer service is so bad very creepy, I will not order from shein again. I'm very angry and disappointed with shein”

“I ordered some things that were all too big. To return them, they required an explanation as to why I am returning the item, which I understand, but they also want photos of me wearing the clothes! My word should be proof enough. I should not have to send photos. I am donating the items to a local charity and will NEVER order from them again.”

“I'm a first time user, and despite having read in reviews that other customers had experienced order not appearing issues, I still wanted to try them out. I'm not happy. I'm glad that I only ordered two items to try out the site, because I'm probably not going to get my money back. The Blouse I ordered and received is not right measurement as per the site, Shoes I still haven't received yet nor can I track it because: 1. My Order does not appear in my account, so I obviously can't manage order. 2. Contacting Customer Service is a joke because they do not have a phone #. I needed to open a ticket with them, which I did. I write to them, "I can't see my order." They write back, "We can't see your order can you give us your order #." I write back, "If I can't see my order how can I give you an order number? And it continues like this. It's too bad because I would like to order many clothing items that I've seen on this site. Despite having read in reviews that other customers had experienced this issue, I still wanted to try them out. So far not happy.”

“I’m becoming really disappointed with shein, I am a regular shopper and I’ve even got my partner to shop with shein but the way they have treated loyal customers lately is terrible. My account keeps popping up with the message that it’s under suspicion for no reason at all I have asked for an explanation as I do not fall under any of the met criteria and shein have failed to give me a valid reason they just keep sending me broken rules criteria! I have not been able to collect my usual points and I cannot play the game to collect points, it just doesn’t make sense. The way they have treated me is bang out of order and I’m just considering terminating my account if they do not want to fix the issue, losing a very regular customer!”

“I bought a jacket from Shein but it was inferior quality and too small, despite XL being my normal size, so - after a week's nightmare of repeatedly ignored requests for a refund - I managed to get it approved, or so they said, and sent the item back but then they changed their mind and sent me yet another jacket exactly the same product and size that I’ve also sent back and now they are saying they haven’t received the return even though I have proof. Dealing with Shein is like a stressful full time job, it's been going on for weeks and still I haven't been refunded. For god’s sake if you do buy from them DO NOT expect customer care if anything goes wrong! I will never buy from Shein again and advise shoppers to avoid this outfit like the plague!”

“I would give Shein a NO STAR rating. I paid and submitted my order on 2/15/2024. 4 days later received email that order has been delivered with tracking number. Till today, 3/18/2024, I still have not receive the order. There is no phone # for Shein that I could contact. The phone # for the shipping company (UniUni) were busy from early hours till late hours! Shein is a scam company. This will be my first and last time that I'll order from this scam company! Expensive lesson to learn. Joee J”
