Order many times before and not had problems before but my experience this time means won’t order again. Recent order had missing items (it was only sent as one parcel so I’m not waiting on a second package). Parcel wasn’t damaged so it means they were never packed. Contacted SHEIN about this (difficult process but managed) and they messaged back saying there was no missing items. They have basically told me I’m lying and I am now talking to my bank to sort a refund.

Will NOT recommend this website at all! Ordered first time on this crappy website and unfortunately will be the last; i ordered 22 products on the 27th of April for my mommabear's birthday which is today; the 12th of May and has not received any of them!! According to the tracking, it has arrived in the country since the 3rd of May and was supposed to receive them by the 8th of May but in vain!!! F Nothing! When i contacted them, they told me perhaps i have to pay tax that's why it's not coming BUT HOW WILL I KNOW if nobody contacted me to pay for it? Or it hasn't been mentioned anywhere by the tracking. How will i know how much i have to pay and where to pay???? Without mentioning that's a long time from the 3rd of May till today; 12th of May!! Very POOR service!!! Don't rely on their stupid date or tracking for getting your delivery on time!!

Customer service non existent. No replies to emails asking for return instructions so I am stuck with cheap shoddy goods. My order doesn’t show in my account details so can’t get returns label. Don’t go near Shein with a bargepole.

My shein order had not been delivered in the promised timeframe and there was no tracking update. On 5 May I got in touch with them - live chat is the only option - and it's slow and cumbersome. Instead of taking 2 minutes to send an email, you have to spend ages on a live chat with someone who has zero interest in helping. The person on the live chat promised to raise the matter with the courier, and also asked me to wait until 8 May as the order should still be delivered. I tried to explain to the person (their name is Jek) that Evri doesn't deliver on Sundays and bank holidays, but the agent used canned responses. Obviously a waste of my time. So I thought I'd reach out on Monday (8 May, bank holiday) as nothing could be delivered by then anyway. When I contacted them on 8 May, I had to live chat with someone named Sam who used similar canned responses. Sam said they would raise this matter with the courier now and this would take 7 days. I asked why this wouild take another 7 days from now, considering I had been in touch 3 days ago already. Sam said they had no record of any previous chat. This is, of course, very worrying. Poor customer service and poor record-keeping. Where would the last chat have gone? Does Shein not have systems in place to ensure that live chats are allocated to the right orders and accounts? Or can their agents delete live chats or manipulate them in a way that they're not saved in the right customer account? How is this possible considering that you have to log into your account first and then select the order you're enquiring about before you can even start a chat? When Sam suggested that I may have reached out via another account, I wasn't impressed. I have one account with Shein, and I only placed 1 order. Why would Sam assume that I logged in with email address X to see an order placed with email address Y? Does Sam just have no common sense at all or is Shein not protecting the details of their customers at all if they think that you can log in with one email address and access order details from an account belonging to a different email address? I have no doubt that this won't end well and that I will have to ask for a refund in a week from now. This was my first and last order from Shein. At least this time I have taken a screenshot of some of the conversation with Sam. So if Sam, just like Jek, does nothing despite promising to escalate the matter to the logistics team and if Sam, just like Jek, deletes the chat (which is rather shameful if this is possible and if Shein have no internal systems and controls in place to prevent this), I still have a piece of evidence of the live chat from today. All in all, I do regret ever looking at Shein's website. I thought they were a bit shady anyway, and I'm glad I didn't enter my card details - I thought, you know what, let me pay by PayPal, just in case. And I'm glad I paid by PayPal! Because of Shein's either poor-record keeping or their staff manipulating records (it has to be either of the 2) I've changed my PayPal login since. And fortunately, the phone number linked to my PayPal is not the same phone number I used on the order. Based on my experience, I would absolutely not recommend Shein at all. If you must try your luck with them, use a payment method that allows you to change your login details, back-up phone number quickly and easily. Also, make sure you have a throwaway email address for Shein. I'm glad I gave them a random email address I use for newsletters and nothing important.

Con: they have no way of contacting them. No phone. No email. They sent my items to the wrong address after I had already changed my address. Poor quality clothes. Pros: cheap price

Everything went wrong Goods are shoddy,cannot log into account to get returns labels.Thought I may have put wrong password in ,but the link I click on to get a new password does not work. I am resigned to knowing they have my money and I am stuck odds I don’t want,I will most likely bin them. Avoid at all costs

I ordered a swim suit that was fine so I ordered again. The shoes are to small, the yoga pants don't fit right or look right, and the shirt is too heavy and cropped to short. So I asked for a return label. Instead I received an email from SheIn requesting that I take a picture of the items on and send it to them. Of course I refused and now it doesn't seem I will get a return label. I've requested one several times with h no reply. They are shady and I will never buy from them again. Although the swim suit is ok it is made of cheap material and what to see is not what you get always. Returns are, as you can see, a pain. Don't do it!!

They changed ordered items without notified you. I received a completely different products from what I have ordered. When I went back to shein.com to check my items, they took my purchased order down. Now I cannot return or refund. This is kind of cheating, if they can take down your order information, beware and stay away from Shein.com

Wrong size delivered, and SHEIN won't help!! The pack that I received has "iPhone 14 Pro Max" printed on the package, which means I didn't order the wrong size. However the actual size of the protectors is wrong. It's much smaller than the iphone lens, and thus cannot be attached. I'm 100% sure the size is wrong because the iPhone 14 Pro Max protectors from my previous purchase fitted perfectly. I sent photos to Shein with measurement of diameters, and comparisons of the wrong protectors vs the right ones vs the original camera lens. They keep insisting there's no incorrect or missing items from my package, and that they cannot respond to my claim - even with photo evidence. Top left: Phone camera lens, without any protectors Two lens with green ticks: camera lens with the correct-size protectors which I bought from them a few weeks ago.

Poor quality clothes. Slow to arrive and difficult to return as site keeps crashing. Also charge you £2.50 postage and prevent you from returning bras and sale items. Cheap fashion. Unethical and will not be buying again.

I need to know when was my order to be delivered…Klarna been deducting payments in my credit card since February and I almost paid off but the item never arrived…it’s just keep saying in the notification is on its way.

I returned products that were cheap and unusable the day after receiving items. 2/13/23. I am owed $98 Still no refund. 1st message on SHein site said processing refund, then 3 days later it said items not received, then back to processing refund. NEVER order form these people. No customer service, just a huge run around. User's recommendation: Skip this site!! RUN.

I coudnt check out. It kept rerouting me to Nigaragua where I'm vacationing instead of my own address which I was pressing to begin on main page. I'm so frustrated as been trying to finalize this huge order for 3 was. I finally gave up

It is difficult to return a product. I am stuck with something I bought. The password they sent me and my phone number are not being g recognised. I am to pay a £1 to chat to customer service, their phone charge is not affordable. I find these defrauding of customer

I did not receive all of my order,customer service was no help at all. To be honest they act like they could care less. I have ordered from Shein many times was well pleased. Really is strange tht when trying to find a contact number you can’t. The search sends you to websites but no number. I want the rest of my order. If anyone has knowledge to a real number please let me know.
