SHEIN and its employees do not have any kind of respect towards their customers. They don’t have any problem by taking your money but if their service is deficient and you are required to contact customer service, that’s when all hell breaks loose. If you must contact cs, you will encounter with employees that don’t understand you, employees that are careless on regards of your necessities and overall people more interested in making you feel inappropriate instead of helping you out. They offer benefits for achieving a vip status for spending your money in this website, but when you need to use those benefits they will give you the run around. My problem is with a large order I had placed. Because they keep items all around the world in different warehouses, don’t feel shy to think that they mind splitting your order. And they don’t care if by doing this they exposed you to spent more money in your purchase. They’d split my order and one single item was sent in a different package than the rest. This package had to be delivered to DORAL, Florida and during the pass weekend it was very close to that area. It was in Miami. On Monday everything changed because the package had been sent to Fresno, California. When I contacted their customer service reps no one seemed to understand my predicament. And here I am, a week later, paying additional taxes for waiting for that package to be send to my country. They are completely careless of your situation! And as for today, the package has not been delivered. I used to purchase items from this website at least once a week and my situation fell on deaf ears. If you request a supervisor they tell you right away that there ain’t any available at the moment but if you use “uncivilized” language soon enough you will get someone telling you how awful of a person you are. Don’t waste your money or your time in this website!

They are cheap but you will never receive your merchandise. I ordered a product on August 1st 2024 and 10 days after not receiving my package I called UNI UNI delivery. They said the warehouse was notified to ship the merchandise. I still do not have what I paid for. If you want to waste time and you money you can purchase from this vendor.

They used to be great now they are ordinary SCAMMERS This will be definitely my very last order. They are scamming now. It used to be a good company with live support. Now they delay my delivery and when you submit a ticket all you get is tracking number with no update for almost 2 whole weeks . Scammers and ZERO CUSTOMERS SUPPORT

Wouldn't bother. Been a customer of theirs for years. Spending a substantial amount each year. The courier has lost my parcel, shein know this, asked me to close my PayPal dispute down. Have done this as they said would refund me. Still no refund £150 out of pocket. Cannot speak to am actual human being. Sht show

I paid $378 for a parcel to arrive and it never did, when I contacted them via their weird ticketing system they simply dismissed me after a two weeks wait. I have contacted my bank and fair trading. They said it is the seller’s responsibility and obligation to ensure the parcel is delivered to the seller. I will fight this as $378 wasn’t a donation I made to shein, it was in exchange for the cloths I bought. They are very strange said it’s been delivered in a safe place and when u asked them show me where is the safe place and if anyone who signed for it show me the signature but they turned a deaf ear to me. They dragged on by saying we are waiting for response from “another department” when I asked which is that another department they never answered me. It’s dodgy and appalling, NEVER BUY FROM THEM

I've been ordering with Shein since e 2019. Thousands of dollars being spent and I've been happy with the quality and on time delivery. My closet is filled with Shein....I have only return items that where too small, big, stained or items that had missing pieces and they confirmed receiving the item and I can say I have received my refund. My review would have been a 5star review but this summer of 2024 I did like I always would, making my order but this time I never received my package. The order was marked delived by DHL and a photo was take. This photo was not a photo by my door. I've used the same address and received multiple packages the month before and the same month. I reached out to customer service online and had a whole back and forth conversation explaining that i did not receive my order and them telling me my order was delivered because of what they can research on DHL and sending me the same status update I can see if I looked up my tracking number. After the back and forth I was told to dispute it with my bank which I did still not refund. Following up now I'm being told I'm out of the time frame. I was within the time frame when I message hours within not seeing my packaged what was said delivered when it wasn't delivered my address. Poor customer service.

What is shame most of my order never arrived! After placing a very small test order, which went well, I placed a larger order of which over 60% never arrived. After raising a ticket, I was told everything was in the package that, in fact, was almost two-thirds empty on arrival. So, now there's nothing else I can do except post everywhere on social media how unreliable Shein is. What a shame!

Absolutely the worst company i have been unfortunate enough to order from,sent me wrong item and made me pay £21 to return it and still only got a refund from my bank not Shein. Scam artists stay Away 👍

I have been a dedicated customer of this company for over 7 years, consistently choosing to shop here due to their reputation and product quality. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing and has seriously made me question my loyalty. On July 8, 2024, I placed an order totaling over $180, which included 18 items. The package was delivered by FedEx on July 16, 2024 and left at my front door. Unfortunately, within an hour of delivery, the package was stolen. I immediately reported the theft to the police, who have documented the incident in a police report. Understandably upset, I reached out to the company's customer service, hoping for a resolution, either through a refund or replacement of the stolen items. To my shock and dismay, I was met with a generic ‘Thank you for your feedback…” but literally no resolution or assistance with this issue. Their website makes it impossible to report this type of incident and there is no customer service direct link or phone line. As a customer on a limited budget, this loss is significant to me. I am not asking for anything unreasonable; I simply want the company to stand by their products and customer service promises. It's disheartening to see a billion-dollar company treat a long-standing customer in this way, ignoring my situation and failing to provide any support. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and neglected. A company that values its customers should be willing to help in situations like these, especially when it involves such a substantial purchase. The lack of response and assistance is not only disappointing but also makes me reconsider my future with this company. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call to the company to improve their customer service and support for loyal customers. As of now, I cannot recommend this company to others, and I am deeply reconsidering my decision to continue shopping with them. I am hoping to actually get someone's attention because this has really been a hassle and a tremendous hardship.

Să le spălați înainte de purtare!Doamne fereşte să mai contactați si boli de piele!!Toate sunt ca cele cumpărate din Europa, Dragonul Roşu, Big Berceni, ori, Obor, nahh, cine ştie, cunoaşte! :)) Încercați site-uri care nu-s CHINEZĂRII, ci, de firme renumite internaționale, ca, BEST SECRET, de unde cumperi, doar pe baza de invitație.Unde au reduceri de 65 si 85% la haine-încălțăminte de barbați, femei şi copii, haine de înaltă calitate.Vă ofer daca va interesează.Msj în privat. Ps 1: Eu n-am niciun beneficiu ca va ofer dvs invitatia. :) Ps 2: Dureaza 10-12 zile până îți ajung produsele!!!Cât dai, ATÂTA face! Ps 3: Influenkărițele care RECOMANDĂ aceste site-uri, PRIMESC GRATIS articole de la ei, pentru promovare! Ps 4: Daca va uitati atent la poză, cu haine, veți constata că, cutia shein este lângă o butelie mizerabilă şi prăfuită. this review is regarding the delivery agents J&T Express assigned to the shipment, the delivery is still on time but when it comes for return due to damage or wrong product, the delivery agent is so inattentive, so unresponsive, they will keep us waiting a month's time to just collect the package. even after continuous follow up no action has been taken up, i would suggest to change the delivery agents connected to you.

My daughter back to school package was not delivered and SHEIN has no way of you contacting an agent the live agents does not help with anything so we suppose to just take a lost that’s not okay I don’t have money to waste i was going to order her a new one after my sister offered to get her a new one but there is no way to have us sign the package I can’t take another lost and something has to be done SHEIN has to be sued because no is being held accountable including ups or usps no pictures no proof just robbery

We have been regularly ordering and spending a fair bit of money at Shein for the last year. We purchase a couple hundred dollars in clothes and keep what works, return what doesn't. On our latest order after we received it, most of the items stated that they were promotional so we could not return (funny, some were even lower priced after wards so not a very good promo). We tried to message Shein to return and we were blown off. We tried to dispute it on our credit card but Shein claims we did not return the items even though they would not agree to return and give us return authorization. All items were within their return policy and this is a complete joke. I guess they were willing to lose thousands of dollars over $132. By the way, don't use Wyndham credit cards for it as they do not protect their customers like most other cards do.

Everybody keeps saying about temu so I said OK let me try something too. so I ordered some stuff and they came in, quite a disappointed but quality . Also I have been ripped off with money as well. They overcharged me and I couldn’t get anywhere with them, nor get my money back so I just want to let people out there know and to be careful..

Terrible experience with SHEIN. They choose a new delivery company for an order called PAACK. This company mentioned that my package was delivered a provided a fake signature without my ID number. When I contacted SHEIN they simply told me they cannot do anything. After a lot of backs and forth I have give up. I have lost 59€ but I will be sure never to use this terrible company again

I’ve been a loyal Shein customer for a long time. Recently, due to a health issue, I couldn’t return an item on time (exceptional circumstances). Despite explaining my situation (and requesting a chance to exchange the items size at least ..) my request was denied, and the escalation was never raised. My ticket was closed and marked 'COMPLETED'. I feel ignored and will never use the the shop again. I understand return policies, but exceptional cases should be handled with empathy. Disappointed with the lack of flexibility.

I really hesitated before buying from Shein. I read the reviews before I ordered, but the cuteness of their things won out and I ordered 3 items. All 3 came and were of extremely poor quality. I had been assured that returns were free, but when I went to return all 3 (in the same package) I was charged $10 which was deducted from my refund amount. I've learned my lesson, I won't be ordering from them again, no matter how cute. Just deceptive and poor quality.

dont ever buy at Shein if u dont want no headaches. I ordered a greenhouse came with 2 long and large boxes. when I opened the boxes all part are there but no hardware and screws. so I decided to return it and Shein provided only one shipping labels and brought it to UPS and the other box costs $360 to ship it back. Shein said they can only provide 1 label. Don’t trust Shein or Temu if u dont want headaches.
