I returned some items over a month ago and still have not received my refund. Many times I emailed the website to follow up but no response from them. Extremely disappointed with their customer service and finding out the this company stealing people's money.
I never experienced something like this with any other companies. I'll make sure never order anything for them again and definitely not recommend to anyone. Shame on you Shein.
