If I could put 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service that does not value their customers . They sent me a damaged item and when I reached out to customer service they told me I needed to return it to them so they can make verifications and then they’ll be able to refund me. Mind you the item is a 1$ cheap flower. I have never had any issues returning things that didn’t fit me or I just didn’t like but cmon all that for a 1$ item (that they sent to me damaged which is their fault!!!) thats cheap. It isn’t even about the money it is about the principle you send a damaged item you fix the issue. Especially now that Canada Post is on strike they dont even take any packages and im not going to wait I dont know how long for a 1$ refund which I told them and they didn’t seem to care they said the only way that I can get refund is if I send the item back. Even if I do send it back to them, then what? They’ll probably throw it away so why make things more complicated.I would 100% understand if it was a pricey item and once again I never had any problems returning the items back if they didn’t fit but this is ridiculous. I have ordered with them for years and the way they treat customers is disgusting and unacceptable. They don’t even care about making their customers happy or finding a good solution. The customer service agent kept giving me answers that weren’t even about my request and it felt like I was talking to a robot without any compassion. Anyways it is the last time I order from a cheap and disgusting company that doesn’t value and treat their customers right.

They sent me my package 5days early with no warning that it was on it's way. So I wasn't looking out for it. And ultimately someone STOLE my package that was left outside my front door. They have NO number for customer service only live chat. Once I got on live chat and explained to them my package shows delivered but I did NOT received it they told my there is NOTHING they can do because it shows it was delivered. So no refund or not even at least send me back the items. So now I'm out over $150 dollars worth of Christmas gifts that were for my KIDS. I will NEVER order from them again. What a horrible first time buyer experience I've had with Shein. Be careful with this company. They clearly do NOT care about customer satisfaction. Horrible service.

For such an expensive item, this level of service is unacceptable, and the promised zero-rate assurance feels unworthy of trust. I’ve registered multiple tickets regarding this issue, but your team has repeatedly closed them without resolution, even though it’s clear from the investigation that I never received the package. I will never order from you again! Your service lacks any cooperation or support. I will make sure to inform my friends and colleagues about this issue. I ordered two pictures that were represented as framed canvases in the pictures on the site. When I received them, they were rolled up in a tube and only flat prints. I returned them on Nov. 5th and followed return directions. The tube was returned to me on the 15th with no explanation. It is impossible to reach customer service to get help. I am stuck with $55.30 worth of posters and not framed canvases. I will NEVER order from Shein again.

I never received my items speedex delivery service took my package pretending to delivery it and shein will not reship or refund. The customer service department is horrible they do not care about you or your experience it's about the money. You live and u learned. I will never shop there again.

Titel: Enttäuschende Erfahrung mit SHEIN Ich bin wirklich enttäuscht von meiner Erfahrung mit SHEIN. Ich habe vor einiger Zeit eine Bestellung aufgegeben, die nicht vollständig angekommen ist. Ein Teil meiner Bestellung, das mit DHL versendet werden sollte, ist einfach nicht angekommen. Obwohl ich das Problem sofort gemeldet habe, hat es mehr als 30 Tage gedauert, bis SHEIN schließlich entschieden hat, diesen Artikel zu stornieren. Das Schlimmste daran ist, dass ich jetzt keine Möglichkeit habe, die verbleibenden Artikel zurückzugeben, da ich die Rückgabefrist von 45 Tagen verpasst habe – und das, obwohl ich einen triftigen Grund hatte! Es ist einfach nicht fair, dass ich für ein Problem, das nicht in meiner Kontrolle lag, bestraft werde. Ich finde es sehr unprofessionell, dass SHEIN so starr in ihren Rückgabebedingungen ist und keine Ausnahmen macht, selbst wenn der Grund für die verspätete Rückgabe klar ist. Ich werde in Zukunft sicher nicht mehr bei SHEIN bestellen und kann die Firma nicht empfehlen. Kundenservice sieht anders aus!

My package not arrived because of the weak delivery they left front of my door and it’s lost I contacted with the delivery company also they wrote the seller has to resend the package or refund the money but the SHEIN can’t provide any refund or resend so I’m lost more then $100 I’ll not order anymore from this site not safe

Worse company ever 14 days and still did not receive my order ,every spike in volumes they start lying. If you are not willing to invest in your services close the company

Evri deliverered shein parcels and left them at the door. Parcels were taken and police number supplied. It was not a successful delivery because Evri left parcels in an unsafe place not nominated by me. Neither did they knock. Shein was notified yet they refuse to refund me yet they are legally obliged under the consumer act 2015. I went through clearpay and they won't help because shein upload a delivery statement that jsut says the parcels were delivered. Both companies are breaking my statutory rights. Both companies have received the photo evidence of parcels left on doorway. The Parcels have gone missing due to unsuccessful delivery so shein are obligated. My advice to anyone is to never go through clearpay and don't shop with shein unless using your credit card as you have even more protection. I am now seeking a charge back. Please, if anyone is in similar situations, then report to trading standards. This act is there to protect the public from clear theft. Shein has stolen my money. They are also breaking my statutory rights.

I have been a Shein customer for many years. Recently I made some orders and sent some stuff back. Shein now refuses to arrange for reimbursement despite existing proof of shipment, just as they refuse to submit an investigation. It is not even discussed, the customer service leaves something to be desired. It doesn't work that way and I will do everything possible to get my money back and remain persistent! If I do not receive my refund promptly, I will go to the lawyer. How much would you like to pull your customers over the ear please?! Customer service no help! You have enough evidence and yet the employees lie and say it's not in storage?! Please Shein shame on you!!!!!! Every time it says, as with other customers, it is not registered in stock! Why do you deal with your customers like that?! Do you really need to rip off customers?! In addition, I would also like to point out the return policy on the website. Targeted to point 3 *We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever occurs sooner. * I have documented everything so that I can prove that I am entitled to the refund.

Es ist ein völlig unseriöses Unternehmen. Ich habe eine Bestellung mit 4 Produkten zurückgegeben und sie haben mein Geld nur für 3 Produkte zurückgegeben. Für das teurere Produkt wurde mir das Geld nicht zurückerstattet.

If I could leave 0 I would. Have not received my parcel, despite contacting Shein multiple times, they say it is not there responsibility to resolve, I need to complain direct to courier, courier says I have to follow process and Shein to resolve, tried again with Shein today, however not interested and happy for me to be £71 out of pocket and no parcel!

I returned some items over a month ago and still have not received my refund. Many times I emailed the website to follow up but no response from them. Extremely disappointed with their customer service and finding out the this company stealing people's money. I never experienced something like this with any other companies. I'll make sure never order anything for them again and definitely not recommend to anyone. Shame on you Shein.

I placed an order and recheck only to find out I wasn't getting what I ordered, so I cancelled it and just that quick they have taken my money out of my account. That was 10/6/24 they keep saying if I close my dispute case they will refund my money, that doesn't make sense. They also said they tried on 10/10/24 to replace it, my banker said they were lying. Be very careful with this company.

I have been a customer for years. Never had a problem with packages until recently. My biggest order. Over $100 worth of stuff. They decided to use a new carrier for my stuff and not the usual USPS. Some bs called SPEED X. They posted bogus updates on my package saying undeliverable, then delivered but guess what I got no package. Long story short Shein decided to favor this carrier and are not giving me a refund or credit for stuff I never received. My stuff basically stolen. Doesn't matter if your a customer for over 5 years. I never had issues and the minute I raise one they shut me down quickly. I'm shocked to be treated this way. Worst part u cant talk to anyone , you have to send stupid messages and wait for a response. I even contacted the SPEED X, they have yet to contact me, dead silence...makes me wonder, is there a scam going on under the table and stealing money from customers knowingly...never would I have thought Shein would treat a customer this way. But guess what, never again, I will not spend another dollar. Whoever has my things, I hope karma hits you very very hard.

BE CAREFUL PURCHASING FROM THE SHEIN COMPANY!!!!! I ordered an item for £135.95 and returned it straight away. I received a letter from them saying that they would return the money within 24 hours, I waited 10 days, but they did not return the money. I filed a case, then the messages started saying that I have closed the case, then the money will be sent. I didn't get the money. This is a lesson for the rest of my life and I wish Shein's company no more customers because they have no respect for them or themselves. This company has been deleted for life.
