“Lately the prices of these items on shien has been so expensive I got 8 items for 248 dollars which is not okay at all”

“What did not go wrong. I placed three orders, and had returns on each. In order to avoid confusion I did the first return, took my package to the Evri shop and received an e mailing acknowledging to acknowledge this, then did my second and third returns. The system combined all three then printed a duplicate label for parcels 2 and 3, which I could not use and could not send my returns. Then they refused to process order 1 as they said there were items missing. After numerous e mails a refund was processed minus £28.91 as they said my coupon was no longer valid as the returns reduced the order amount. I am still unable to send back parcels 2 and 3 and they appear unable to sort this out. I shall give them a wide berth in future 😡 Edit Delete”

“i ordered an item i got tracking number for fed ax and said delivered, but i didnt get it, i contact fedex and they say that on package was different address. i went back to shein, but instead of saying ok will take care they say that my address was on package, while fedex says it wasn't. i asked back my money or new package, they tell me they are making a whole investigation that takes time. this makes no sense. if you make mistake fix it dont say you didnt make mistake. never will i buy from them agein”

“Probably will not order from Shein again at all, UPS was to been delivered my package but I didn’t even get it. No picture of proof or anything. Just them stating the delivery was made. It was sent to my grandmother home because I work throughout the week, contacted UPS and was told to contact the sender. I reached out to shein and was told “the delivery was successfully completed” with what proof? Its no complete evidence just the delivery was made?? Horrible customer service. Now I’m out of the item and my money.”

“I purchased several video cameras from SHEIN. They weren’t close to what was advertised; no WiFi, no battery, no connectivity. They were junk. Misrepresented junk. I returned them and recd a partial refund, matching customer service to the products they sold me. Junk. I’ll never consider this fraud business for anything else and would advocate anyone considering them to not buy anything from them. They’re junk.”

“Yodel sent confirmation of delivery of a man holding the parcel whilst sat in a van. The parcel was not delivered. Shein have refused to address the failed delivery and have essentially stolen my money. I would avoid using Shein as customer service is appalling.”

“My ordered was placed and paid for via Pay Pal. Product was sent but was returned to sender. This was the notice/email I received from Shein. Contacted customer service with a reply of "no answer" someone will get back to you. Reached out to Pay Pal regarding the missing item, Pay Pal response "merchant said they sent merchandise" so we believe them, no claim. Shein is a big cover up for fraud. Granted my purchase was only $41 BUT imagine that multiplied by 1000'S and you don't know you're dealing with a foreign vendor until it's too late. Avoid them at all costs.”

“Never ever try to return to Shein. They lie they didn't receive my return for not to pay refund. They ignoring that tracking number of our post office shows that delivered to Shein more than week ago and not going to refund. So ,i have no item and no refund. They just stealing money from people. Horrible attitude of customer service.”

“1. I tried Shein.com, and got some good prices on clothes but discovered they didn't allow returns on many items - even those where descriptions were not accurate in their ads. Also their estimated prices before you checkout are lower than the actual price they will charge you when you check out. 2. I used to shop at Aliexpress.com but don't any longer because of their poor website. You can't filter out 1st time shopper deals and they have a lot of misleading ads that waste your time such as ads that picture one item at a low price but when you click on the ad, the price is for a completely different item. 3. Temu.com is by far the best of these 3 sites but I am starting to see more misleading ads there too.”

“I placed an order with SHEIN at the beginning of July, and on 17th July Evri marked it as “out for delivery.” It’s now been stuck on that status for over 10 days with no updates. I contacted SHEIN customer service, and they were completely unhelpful. First, they told me to wait until 27th July. When that date came, they pushed it back again to 3rd August — still no parcel and no refund as promised. They keep delaying and giving me copy-paste responses, with no real investigation or resolution. This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating. I won’t be ordering from SHEIN again. If your parcel gets lost, expect to fight just to get your money back.”

“They did not resolve my issue, the seller sent my package to the WRONG city and address and SHEIN HAS REFUSED TO CORRECT THE ISSUE. I provided proof of THEIR mistake and yet they were not helpful in this situation. MY INVOICE HAS MY CITY WHICH IS PHILADELPHIA BUT YET IT WAS DELIVERED AND SIGNED FOR IN NEW CUMBERLAND, Pa. I will be deleting my SHEIN account, I am not interested in ordering from scammers!!”

“I placed an order with Shein for items I urgently needed for my holiday. The parcel was marked as “delivered,” but I never received it. I wasn’t home at the time of delivery, and no proof or photo was provided. Despite reaching out to customer service multiple times, I received no meaningful support—just repeated requests for me to chase the courier. Let’s be clear: it’s Shein’s legal responsibility to resolve issues with their delivery partners, not the customer’s. The lack of urgency, poor communication, and refusal to take responsibility has left me completely disappointed. I now have no time to reorder, no refund, and no resolution. I’ve had no choice but to escalate this to Trading Standards and request a chargeback through my bank. I won’t be ordering from Shein again, and I strongly advise others to think twice—especially if your order is time-sensitive or if you expect basic customer service when things go wrong.”

“I've ordered 3 items from this company and received none . I got another email today informing me that my package had been delivered and it's definitely not here . None of them are . Got another email telling me I may need to go to each of my neighbors to see if they have my items. How ridiculous is that. I'm wondering about a class action law suit and waiting on my attorney to let me know what we're going to do and how we will proceed . I would most certainly NEVER RECOMMEND SHEIN TO ANYONE. “On June 10, I received confirmation from SHEIN that my return package had been received successfully. That same email promised I would receive a refund within a week, following a quality check. It’s now been well over a month, and I still haven’t received my refund. To my surprise, customer service is now claiming that the package is “not registered” even though SHEIN previously confirmed its receipt! I’ve contacted them multiple times, but I keep getting evasive answers. They avoid addressing my questions or the evidence I provide. It feels like I’m not being taken seriously at all as a customer!
