I used to love SHEIN but the last order that I place they didn’t pack one of the things that I ordered. Ivv be reached out to customer service and they kept giving me a runaround. They told me that the package was delivered and they couldn’t give me a refund. I know that was a lie because I never got the package they also said that it was in a joint package and it was not.

Order items and they delivered my package to the wrong address. They been ignoring me for 3 days. Did a dispute with my bank. Poor customer service, no phone number to reach out too.

Very nice clothes and stuff. The company isn't well structured. They lack in too many situations and abuse of their power stealing coins and changing their policy without letting clients know this in advantage. And it's not even sure people accept new conditions they pretend to impone. Maybe it's the case someone very strict starts to control this people.

I ordered item, and problem with verification and identifying me. Proof it's me, but claim I never sent them proof, I call BS. I feel I dodged a bullet with this company, seems they have an awful delivery records, putting wrong addresses on packages so don't end up with original customer. SHAME ON THEM!!! I don't recommend them.

They do not have any way to reach them!!! I was charged for an order I did NOT place and was never send an order number so there was not way to return $300 worth of clothes I DON'T WANT!!! I've emailed them and opened disputes with PayPal AND sent 20 emails to Shein. They only send a generic response stating "they're sorry I had a bad experience with them." This is so crazy.

Terrible customer service leading to complete lack of confidence in their business practices. I bought several dresses for an upcoming wedding. The dresses did not fit. Some had very low quality. Trying them on left me with a rash on my arms for a week. But whatever… I could return them, right? I followed all return policy requirements: the dresses were not worn, not washed, not damaged and the tags were still intact and on each. I received an email to say that 1 of the dresses was being returned to me (with a $20 shipping charge) as it did not meet the return requirements. I contacted customer service to ask what the issue was. They replied with the policy. I’m contacted again to ask what specifically was the issue. They replied again to say the couldn’t say and sent the return policy. I contacted a third time, and received the same message. So you will refuse a refund, but can’t justify why? I’ve gotten the item back, and for the life of me, cannot understand why the return was refused. And “SIENNA” from customer service can’t even explain why. Their policy is completely arbitrary and customers are at their whim!! Absolutely ridiculous. Atrocious customer service. And from an online clothing company… one should be able to expect that they can try something on and return if needed! But not at SHEIN. NOT WORTH THE RISK - AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

I used Shein a lot,spending hundreds of pounds. Just before Christmas a parcel went missing £22 worth of goods. The courier said the parcel had been sent back. After contacting Shein I was sent a screenshot of a delivery note, no photo of the parcel on my doorstep as is standard with every courier in the UK. I ordered a few dresses and had to return as they did not fit I spent £120 and £90 and they have only given a partial refund despite saying that it’s free to return I have had £30 taken off each amount that’s a total of £60 I am In dispute and requested a breakdown of why they have not given a full refund as said in there terms when ordering They need to be more up front instead of hiding hidden charges I will not order again from here

Do not shop! Horrible company stole my money and didn’t deliver my parcel said was delivered no proof nothing. They reply to feedback and reviews saying email us and we will sort it but they don’t! There a scam company do not shop

They always refund less amount than you paid,I wrote complaint to them with invoices and bank statements showing that they refunded a lot less then I paid,and they kept repeating that I paid leas,even tho there is evidence of my payments to them with all amounts. Biggest svammers ever,not even talking about abomination quality of items. Never again.

I washed my entire order along with some of my own expensive clothes and a sweater exploded in the wash, embedding thousands of fibers in everything in my order and infesting my whole house as well as ruining my washing machine, costing me upwards of $1000. Shein is refusing to refund my order without me sending everything back despite having photographic proof. I am unable to send back as I have a disability and already threw much of it out as the fibres were infesting my entire house

Used Shein for a while, however this last order was held up on china for 3 weeks. It had not moved for over 15 days and Shein ignored all my request for a refund. They shipped all the Xmas presents after Xmas despite me telling them repeatedly that I no longer wanted the order as it had missed the delivery window by 2 weeks. They are still holding my money ransom for an unwanted parcel - that they refused to cancel and the courier has thrown over my gate whilst I am out of the country for 3 months!!!!

Ordered on 11th Dec and has been with courier since 23rd Dec. Courier has now said parcel has been misplaced. Iv forwarded this to Shein and still no further on with this. Won't cancel my order and won't refund. Do not recommend ordering from Shein
