I have been a dedicated customer of this company for over 7 years, consistently choosing to shop here due to their reputation and product quality. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing and has seriously made me question my loyalty. On July 8, 2024, I placed an order totaling over $180, which included 18 items. The package was delivered by FedEx on July 16, 2024 and left at my front door. Unfortunately, within an hour of delivery, the package was stolen. I immediately reported the theft to the police, who have documented the incident in a police report. Understandably upset, I reached out to the company's customer service, hoping for a resolution, either through a refund or replacement of the stolen items. To my shock and dismay, I was met with a generic ‘Thank you for your feedback…” but literally no resolution or assistance with this issue. Their website makes it impossible to report this type of incident and there is no customer service direct link or phone line. As a customer on a limited budget, this loss is significant to me. I am not asking for anything unreasonable; I simply want the company to stand by their products and customer service promises. It's disheartening to see a billion-dollar company treat a long-standing customer in this way, ignoring my situation and failing to provide any support. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and neglected. A company that values its customers should be willing to help in situations like these, especially when it involves such a substantial purchase. The lack of response and assistance is not only disappointing but also makes me reconsider my future with this company. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call to the company to improve their customer service and support for loyal customers. As of now, I cannot recommend this company to others, and I am deeply reconsidering my decision to continue shopping with them. I am hoping to actually get someone's attention because this has really been a hassle and a tremendous hardship.

Am comandat de la SHEIN + TEMUUU acum 1 lună, toate produsele lor, sunt pe LOW COST, N-AU NIMiC CALIIIITATIV ÎN ELE!!!Nu va lasați păcăliți!!!Sunt toate materiale proaste si slabe calitativ, subțiri şi se vede prin ele, O SĂ LE PORT PRIN CASĂ pe toate, de ruşine!În plus, au un miros scârbos şi înțepător. Să le spălați înainte de purtare!Doamne fereşte să mai contactați si boli de piele!!Toate sunt ca cele cumpărate din Europa, Dragonul Roşu, Big Berceni, ori, Obor, nahh, cine ştie, cunoaşte! :)) Încercați site-uri care nu-s CHINEZĂRII, ci, de firme renumite internaționale, ca, BEST SECRET, de unde cumperi, doar pe baza de invitație.Unde au reduceri de 65 si 85% la haine-încălțăminte de barbați, femei şi copii, haine de înaltă calitate.Vă ofer daca va interesează.Msj în privat. Ps 1: Eu n-am niciun beneficiu ca va ofer dvs invitatia. :) Ps 2: Dureaza 10-12 zile până îți ajung produsele!!!Cât dai, ATÂTA face! Ps 3: Influenkărițele care RECOMANDĂ aceste site-uri, PRIMESC GRATIS articole de la ei, pentru promovare! Ps 4: Daca va uitati atent la poză, cu haine, veți constata că, cutia shein este lângă o butelie mizerabilă şi prăfuită. Ps 5: Te mai şi BOMBARDEAZA non-stop cu 10000 de notificări si msje cu produse promoționale, pe mail si pe app lor.Daca faceți GREŞEALA sa cumpărați de la ei, după ce v-au ajuns produsele, ŞTERGEȚI IMEDIAT APLICAȚIA LOR DIN TELEFON PT. CĂ, CONȚINE VIRUŞI!Haideți sa ne ajutăm si susținem între noi şi să nu ne mai mințim ca fraierele!!Să fim măcar putin ca bărbații! Ps 6: La TEMUU, comanda mi- ajuns într.o LUNĂ avariată si nu exagerez sau mint. Eu am principii solide. A trebuit s.o trimit înapoi si sa.mi returneze banii in 14 zile ziceau ei, în contul lor TEMUU, ca sa te influențeze sa cumperi altceva tot de la ei, ca doar, nu sunt fraieri, nu direct pe cardul de unde au extras banii intr.o secundă. M-am certat cu ei in call-center, unde au numai pakistanezi si nigerieni angajați, vbesc prost o engl.stricată de baltă.Le.am zis sa.mi returneze imediat banii ca altfel sun la OPC. Urmatoarea zi ii aveam in cont. Nu e normal sa te milogeşti atat pt banii tai.Helllowww, neprofesionisti, si haotici, ft. nemulțumita de ei. Nu mai cumpar niciodata!

this review is regarding the delivery agents J&T Express assigned to the shipment, the delivery is still on time but when it comes for return due to damage or wrong product, the delivery agent is so inattentive, so unresponsive, they will keep us waiting a month's time to just collect the package. even after continuous follow up no action has been taken up, i would suggest to change the delivery agents connected to you.

My daughter back to school package was not delivered and SHEIN has no way of you contacting an agent the live agents does not help with anything so we suppose to just take a lost that’s not okay I don’t have money to waste i was going to order her a new one after my sister offered to get her a new one but there is no way to have us sign the package I can’t take another lost and something has to be done SHEIN has to be sued because no is being held accountable including ups or usps no pictures no proof just robbery

We have been regularly ordering and spending a fair bit of money at Shein for the last year. We purchase a couple hundred dollars in clothes and keep what works, return what doesn't. On our latest order after we received it, most of the items stated that they were promotional so we could not return (funny, some were even lower priced after wards so not a very good promo). We tried to message Shein to return and we were blown off. We tried to dispute it on our credit card but Shein claims we did not return the items even though they would not agree to return and give us return authorization. All items were within their return policy and this is a complete joke. I guess they were willing to lose thousands of dollars over $132. By the way, don't use Wyndham credit cards for it as they do not protect their customers like most other cards do.

Everybody keeps saying about temu so I said OK let me try something too. so I ordered some stuff and they came in, quite a disappointed but quality . Also I have been ripped off with money as well. They overcharged me and I couldn’t get anywhere with them, nor get my money back so I just want to let people out there know and to be careful..

Terrible experience with SHEIN. They choose a new delivery company for an order called PAACK. This company mentioned that my package was delivered a provided a fake signature without my ID number. When I contacted SHEIN they simply told me they cannot do anything. After a lot of backs and forth I have give up. I have lost 59€ but I will be sure never to use this terrible company again

I’ve been a loyal Shein customer for a long time. Recently, due to a health issue, I couldn’t return an item on time (exceptional circumstances). Despite explaining my situation (and requesting a chance to exchange the items size at least ..) my request was denied, and the escalation was never raised. My ticket was closed and marked 'COMPLETED'. I feel ignored and will never use the the shop again. I understand return policies, but exceptional cases should be handled with empathy. Disappointed with the lack of flexibility.

I really hesitated before buying from Shein. I read the reviews before I ordered, but the cuteness of their things won out and I ordered 3 items. All 3 came and were of extremely poor quality. I had been assured that returns were free, but when I went to return all 3 (in the same package) I was charged $10 which was deducted from my refund amount. I've learned my lesson, I won't be ordering from them again, no matter how cute. Just deceptive and poor quality.

dont ever buy at Shein if u dont want no headaches. I ordered a greenhouse came with 2 long and large boxes. when I opened the boxes all part are there but no hardware and screws. so I decided to return it and Shein provided only one shipping labels and brought it to UPS and the other box costs $360 to ship it back. Shein said they can only provide 1 label. Don’t trust Shein or Temu if u dont want headaches.

Do not trust this company I gave them my correct address and they said that they could not delivery because it was wrong. you now know how they scam you. I verified my address several times

SHEIN has a data breach and made purchases using my card without my knowing. I had to cancel my card and reach out to all of my accounts with that card. When I contacted shein, they did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. I will never shop here again. I feel good about that as well because who wants to shop at a place that has child labor rumors flying around?

I'm extremely frustrated with @SHEIN_official. I returned poor-quality items over two weeks ago and got confirmation of my refund, but I still haven't received it. The chatbot is no help, and my credit card company says to resolve it with the merchant. Can someone please assist? #CustomerService #Help #Refund

Beware!!! Very disappointed! Always bought things here and never had problems with returns. My daughter's wedding is coming up soon and since the budget is small we decided to buy several wedding dresses on Shein. Unfortunately the dresses did not fit and it was decided to return them. I am a neat person, always keep an eye on things and always carefully fold the things that did not fit and return them as quickly as possible. All the dresses were checked before returning, we did not even wear several dresses, since the quality of the material was cheap. I packed them and made a return. And then Attention!!!! Shein sent me an email that the dresses did not pass inspection and will be returned to me!!! What??? I am horrified, I am 100% sure that they are fine!!! I wrote them an email, tried to connect in chats, but it is useless!!! I did not receive any answers, there is absolutely no feedback!!! Unfortunately, before all these events, I ordered 10 more dresses from them. They arrived and I didn’t even open them, I returned them, and again they arrived that they didn’t pass inspection. It looks like they make money this way!!! Beware!!!

The pricing is fair, and they offer a good range of products, but their customer service is severely lacking. My order placed during Eid arrived with an open package and several items missing. Despite my repeated attempts to contact customer service, I received no satisfactory response until they finally agreed to issue a refund for the missing items, and suggested I reorder the items. This experience has left me questioning how reliable your service is.

Absolutely disgraceful service from SHEIN. I sent a parcel back using their provided returns label, but they have refused to refund me because their couriers lost the parcel. This is beyond unacceptable. When I pushed for a resolution and outlined the legal obligations they have, their response was to simply close the case each time. This isn’t just poor customer service – it’s fraudulent behavior. They are shirking their responsibility and leaving customers out of pocket for their mistakes. SHEIN's lack of accountability and blatant disregard for consumer rights is appalling. They are quick to take your money but completely abandon any sense of responsibility when things go wrong. I urge everyone to think twice before purchasing from SHEIN. If you value your money and expect even a basic level of customer service, look elsewhere. This company doesn’t deserve your business. They are a disgrace to the retail industry and should be avoided at all costs.
