“I would give them a zero if I could. They stole 89.00 from me and said it was delivered. There was a package from FedEx with earrings in it. I have never received my clothes. I wrote to them and they did nothing. I would not order from them as they do not stand behind their company. Their clothes are super cheap and when you wash them, they shrink. Terrible company!”

“They are terrible company. They sell the cheapest quality of clothing that carry chemicals and all their games that they say they’re gonna send you free stuff. They donuts all a scam so don’t waste your money on this site.”

“Even Shein is not eligible for 1 star. Totally waste. Very worst customer service I have ever seen. Trying to return a product, but very difficult. Still waiting for the pick up, but these simply replying "We will arrange for a pickup". Guys please avoid this, go for good E-shopping.”

“Horrible Company!!!! I have spent so much of my time trying to return items!!!! They make it VERY DIFFICULT to return anything! No customer service at all!!! I will never order from them AGAIN!!! I am still waiting for a response from my returns, a month ago. They said they have refunded me??? NOTHING!!!!”

“if you place an order bigger than 160£, you'll pay £37 handling fee, and even if you return all your products, that tax is non-refundable, but if you place two orders less than 160£ is no fee. I don't understand what's the logic of it. Be careful. Thieves!”

“Scammers, liers, cheats and thieves. I used to swear by shein. Loved them. Decent clothes for good prices. Yes some are super cheap but I always thought what the harm I could return them. Well the harm is the lie about receiving all of your return and will only claim to receive part of it even though it all has the same tracking number. They claim they didn't receive back the most expensive item that it was still in transit but it literally had the same tracking number as the items they admitted to receiving and processed the return for, all of course for the cheap items but the one expensive item I had they still keep trying to say is still in transit even though they again they already admitted to receiving and processing the rest of the return in the same package. They also in one message would tell me they would process the return then in the very best say no sorry we won't it hasn't been received, even after I could prove they received it. So if you do buy from them be willing to not bother with returns and just loosing money if clothes don't fit...”

“the worse customer service i ever deal with. 3 month ago i return some items i bought from SHEIN UAE. and by mistake my son gave them different clothes not belong to them and very expensive one (with label ) i called them immediately to aske them to return my clothes they take by mistake till now i call every week and make 10 complains and every time the customer service informed me "sorry no complain raised for you and he will raised one to the manger " every time same sentence . no action .they stole my clothes in their stores .”

“Shein’s return/refund process sucks. Client has to prove by providing pictures that items don’t fit otherwise client can not file for return ! I have never seen anything like this anywhere! Then secondly refund is not full: SHEIN seems to be keeping some of return’s expense from your refund! So you are returning the items and they get to sell them again and keep the money from one item to cover for expense incurred?? In the end client sees that return/refund is not worth time or money and ends up keeping wrong items at a loss. But SHEIN will be biggest loser in the long run because client moves on. Shein is an incompetent greedy and dishonest name, people be warned!”

“Don’t do it! As the saying goes there’s no problem until there’s a problem. I recently ordered almost $400 dollars in products, the order was delivered by DHL who unfortunately delivered the package unauthorized and was ultimately lost/stolen. Although DHL acknowledges they are at fault SHEIN refuses to refund my money! And continue to push me to resolve the issue with DHL who have confirmed the delivery is insured by SHEIN their customer. Think twice before ordering anything especially for US customers. We have no protection. In my view SHEIN and DHL have no integrity and have no care for their customers. Rethink spending your money here.”

“Package was lost shein doesn't have anyone you can speak with over the phone so I emailed the letting them know my package was lost never received they didn't do anything about it also they'll mail you out worn clothes with no tags please be cautious shopping on this app”

“Honestly it's almost been a month and my order has not arrived. Was waiting for some tops because I'm leaving for a trip tomorrow and still not here! There is no immediate customer service in any way shape or form. You can try emailing but good luck. Very frustrating. Their sizes are always off. Can't they just add a phone number for customer service? There is no customer service here!”

“I got a call at 3 am and honestly thought it was a fraudulent caller, cause I never had a delivery at 3 o'clock in the morning. I keep trying to reach out but to no avail. No one is reaching back out at the number provided. I've left several text messages. My email bounced because their emails are full. I'm so dissatisfied and disappointed.”

“Horrible company. No customer service. Everything about them is horrible. Every once in a while, you might get something good off there. The return policy, the delivery, refunds all bad business. Do not recommend shopping on this app at all. They have sent me ripped and broken items and then made me pay to return them. When you have a problem, there is no one to speak to and no customer service agent to even chat with. Be very careful shopping on this app because it is all around horrible. 0/0 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!”
