I ordered a few dresses and had to return as they did not fit
I spent £120 and £90 and they have only given a partial refund despite saying that it’s free to return I have had £30 taken off each amount that’s a total of £60

In dispute and requested a breakdown of why they have not given a full refund as said in there terms when ordering
They need to be more up front instead of hiding hidden charges
I will not order again from here
