Have not received my parcel, despite contacting Shein multiple times, they say it is not there responsibility to resolve, I need to complain direct to courier, courier says I have to follow process and Shein to resolve, tried again with Shein today, however not interested and happy for me to be £71 out of pocket and no parcel!
