I ordered two pictures that were represented as framed canvases in the pictures on the site. When I received them, they were rolled up in a tube and only flat prints. I returned them on Nov. 5th and followed return directions. The tube was returned to me on the 15th with no explanation. It is impossible to reach customer service to get help. I am stuck with $55.30 worth of posters and not framed canvases. I will NEVER order from Shein again.
