I would give negative stars if I could. I ordered something from them, their app glitched when I updated my current address from my old address. 2 days later I get an email regarding shipping. I've been proceed to chat with a representative who told me that my address is updated and there should be no issues. Well they delivered package to my old address and now refuse to refund me since they say it was deliberate. They don't really read their emails when I email them and there's no way to contact them. They just keep repeating the same thing saying that I cannot be refunded because it was delivered. Clearly they do not comprehend basic English.
