I have been a customer for years. Never had a problem with packages until recently. My biggest order. Over $100 worth of stuff. They decided to use a new carrier for my stuff and not the usual USPS. Some bs called SPEED X. They posted bogus updates on my package saying undeliverable, then delivered but guess what I got no package. Long story short Shein decided to favor this carrier and are not giving me a refund or credit for stuff I never received. My stuff basically stolen. Doesn't matter if your a customer for over 5 years. I never had issues and the minute I raise one they shut me down quickly. I'm shocked to be treated this way. Worst part u cant talk to anyone , you have to send stupid messages and wait for a response. I even contacted the SPEED X, they have yet to contact me, dead silence...makes me wonder, is there a scam going on under the table and stealing money from customers knowingly...never would I have thought Shein would treat a customer this way. But guess what, never again, I will not spend another dollar. Whoever has my things, I hope karma hits you very very hard.
