Shein has miss or hit products. But most of the reviews will tell you what you should know.. I love more then half the products I've received. Right now I am noticing that my shopping cart totals for $10.00 more then the actual dollar amount of the items I have in my cart. I never noticed before because I was excited about the items I found. But now no matter what I take out of my cart or add to it the total is $10.00 more the the dollar amount in the cart. The calculation does not add up. So Shein it adding $10.00 to your order with no explanation. I can't find a way to contact them to resolve the issue.

My shipment is over two weeks late and as an apology they sent me 50 shein points (equivalent to approximately $0.50) and they expire in 30 days… ridiculous!

Tried to communicate with customer service bit not possible. I bought a medium support sports bra that I cannot wear because it "rides up" I didn't realize it would do this when I first tried it .

I ordered about 54$ worth of stuff including a teal backpack. The backpack's zip does not work and is way smaller than shown on the pictures.. I am dissapointed for I cannot return it. The only good thing from this order was the fact that it came a couple days earlier than estimated.

Bought Purchase details Plus High-Rise Biker Shorts $8.00 Plus Floral Lace Bra $12.00 Plus Half Zip Blouse $14.00 Plus Cactus Print Ruffle Trim Blouse $9.00 Plus Contrast Lace Bralette $10.00 Amount $53.00 Poor Quality, would not take back the 2 Bra's I did return 2 of the tops and was refunded. I have ordered twice from them so far, but I won't be doing that again. Their products are mostly accurate and they are even surprisingly good sometimes, but in my last purchase, they delivered me a size XS of a dress that I ordered in a size L. I returned it 4 MONTHS AGO and no news so far. I tried contacting them on their website, but that was a failure since they only have a robot for you to talk to. So I turned to email, wrote them and they never responded. Although their packages arrive quite quickly and their items are alright overall, The service you get when you want to return something, basically doesn't exist. That made me furious with the brand and I'll never buy from them again.

I have order clothes over a month ago and have not received them yet. I have not even received any notifications regarding my order and it’s progress. I keep contacting them and the courier customer service but nothing seems to change. Very disappointing

Shein takes an awful long time to ship (a month for a few things) quality Is not that bad but I got something and It felt like cardboard (a dress) the reviews on the website are completely fake and Shein emails all customers that leave a bad review and ask them to change It, very fishy....

Shein service is a hit and miss. First of all you have no way of contacting customer service, you only end chatting with a chat bot which is totally useless. The Return service is also hit and a miss. I received my shipment and had 6 dresses and one of them is not what they shoed on website and now I am trying to return it but I cant even pull up that order under my account. I have tried to email to an address which I am not sure if anyone at Shein bothers to check emails sent to that email address. So basically I cant return that dress and I lost my money. So be prepared for these type of situations before you start placing your orders.

I had ordered from SHEIN like around 4-5 times and it's a miss or hit purchasing from SHEIN. Was trying to return 3 items from my last order in May and I had sent all 3 items altogether back to SHEIN. I got my money back from the first 2 items really quickly but it took like forever for the last item to be refunded. So I contacted the support and they told me they had never received it and asked me to check at my side. I am pretty sure I sent all 3 in ONE PACKAGE - chances are that they had lost my item during the unpacking process! Really disappointed and I had to reconsider and hesitant ordering from them again!

I got my order. I ordered a large rather than medium yet both dresses did not even go over my shoulders. I tried to return and as a prior customer said the app. Does not let u complete your return after 2 days trying. I called Customer service and it kept ringing and then the call is dropped. I’m reporting them to Facebook as there seems to be many complaints like mine and I spent good money and I want it returned.

I ordered a jacket which I never wore. I dry cleaned it as I do all new clothing. The black dye on the collar bled into the body of the jacket which is light pink. This speaks to the poor quality. I tried to return it, and Shein declined it. Shein also does not accept negative reviews on their products and my review of the product never populated on my order.

Today is the 13 April 2021 I supposed to receive my package today bt I didn't get it it was supposed to arrive between 10 to 13 April..from February I am waiting today I received nothing supper disappointed 😞

I bought bikinis, and they one came broken and I realized that the top wouldn’t fit my boobs correctly, and I can’t return them. So SHEIN is a terrible company. And I won’t order from there again .

Some sizes are not available at all,and if they are,almost every product dissapears immediatelly I even don't know if there is a way to get a desired product at all Almost every product is sold out, some sizes are no longer procured at all And so every time Very frustrating

Clothes are nice n cheap but returns all at buyers own cost. Unless you are really spot on with sizes (who is? With online shopping, it's a hit n miss) Don't buy from them I returnes abt $90 worth of clothes but had to pay $45 for shipping x I'm in Singapore. Its so ridiculous an online clothing store does not offer free returns or at least partially offset the cost.

I purchased 6 items but unfortunately 2 needed to be returned. One was 3" bigger around the waist than described and the other was a dress missing all of the ties (1 for each arm and another for the waist). When I tried to return I was told it would cost as much as the items were worth. Yes that's right, I would be paying for these items again but with nothing to show for it. This is very disappointing that a company would think it acceptable to send out goods deficient of all the parts. Where is the quality control?
