I am still having issues with my refund for the hair I purchased. Shein has had me to send pictures of the hair 4 times and nothing has changed. Futhermore, they do not even acknowledge you by name which is even more insulting. You are just "customer" to them but they want to announce their titles when emailing you back. All this week, they claimed to have checked packages before they ship them out which is lie. Then they have asked me to provide pictures several times, which I have but nothing changes. They are full of false apologies and I have yet to see the money return to my card. They give out the same scripted responses saying they are sorry for the trouble and they do not want you to have a bad impression of them. Too Late!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then they had the audacity to offer me 30% of a refund, when I paid full price. Why would I want a quarter of my money back when I paid in full? I have also tried to find the CEO to tell him what is going on with his non-existent customer service but his email address is nowhere to be found.

I want a full refund for the hair because once again you fraudently advertised inches that you did not provide. You are doing this on purpose but then claim you don't know it happens. I wanted 4 bundles of 20 inches not multiple sizes to make a wig. Never mind the fact that it smells. I trusted what you said was a mistake but you cannot continue to scam people. You profusely apologized to me but nothing has changed. Be honest about the inches of hair you sell. I selected 20 inches and yet you sent 16, 20, 18 and 14 and that is not what you advertised.

The customer service dealing with my refund was NOT helpful at all. They were not willing to work with me, so unfortunately I never got my refund after I returned the items.

On a scale 1-5 they get a 2.5 + the-the biggest negative and why I’m here. They charge me shipping on a SUNDAY. Shipping is free on Sunday’s and I made sure I selected I selected free shipping because my order was already over $150 and I didn’t need the order in a rush but they charged me for shipping $34 shipping fee$12.90 and shipping tax .90 all on a Sunday. * make sure you review you receipt and everything is added correctly and * take screenshots of your order

There is a big selection of clothing and shoes for every taste, and the prices are really reasonable. However, some of the items’ quality is not so great, however you shouldn’t expect superior materials at such a price. read out more here https://legitreviewed.com/review/shein

Garbage China based company who tries to act western based. Paid for expedited shipping and to them that's 8 to 9 days. That's not expedited when you claim to be shipping from the US and Canada. One more dishonest offshore company.

Ordered 5 dresses. Received 4. Two of the four not the same as on description. Various emails and messages to them with photos but still no solution and no response!! Asked to send them back but too expensive to do so and scared it does not get to them.

You Get what you pay for sizes are in different I ordered medium some came out like an extra large and some came out like a small. Quality is very thin.

Parcel way over the expected delivery time. Ordered on 3 December 2021, payment was quick to be asked. Estimated delivery was between 22 - 25 December 2021. When we enquiry about the parcel, it was then that Shein notify us that the parcel is going out on the 23rd of December 2021 (airport China). When asked for payment for VAT and customs, we paid immediately, it was paid when email was received. Notice we paid this before the notice of the delay of the parcel leaving on the 23rd Dec 2021. Then the delay from the logistics company. Finally scanned in at SA warehouse (airport DC). Checking every day, but movement only every 5 days. Still waiting for Buffalo to deliver. Package in transit now for more than a month. Disappointed with Shein and Buffalo. How can Shein use such poor logistics company like Buffalo. These companies are quick to ask for payment and when it comes to delivery, poor service. And so we still hope to receive the parcel this week....maybe we will get lucky....

Shein has miss or hit products. But most of the reviews will tell you what you should know.. I love more then half the products I've received. Right now I am noticing that my shopping cart totals for $10.00 more then the actual dollar amount of the items I have in my cart. I never noticed before because I was excited about the items I found. But now no matter what I take out of my cart or add to it the total is $10.00 more the the dollar amount in the cart. The calculation does not add up. So Shein it adding $10.00 to your order with no explanation. I can't find a way to contact them to resolve the issue.

My shipment is over two weeks late and as an apology they sent me 50 shein points (equivalent to approximately $0.50) and they expire in 30 days… ridiculous!

Tried to communicate with customer service bit not possible. I bought a medium support sports bra that I cannot wear because it "rides up" I didn't realize it would do this when I first tried it .

I ordered about 54$ worth of stuff including a teal backpack. The backpack's zip does not work and is way smaller than shown on the pictures.. I am dissapointed for I cannot return it. The only good thing from this order was the fact that it came a couple days earlier than estimated.

I have ordered twice from them so far, but I won't be doing that again. Their products are mostly accurate and they are even surprisingly good sometimes, but in my last purchase, they delivered me a size XS of a dress that I ordered in a size L. I returned it 4 MONTHS AGO and no news so far. I tried contacting them on their website, but that was a failure since they only have a robot for you to talk to. So I turned to email, wrote them and they never responded. Although their packages arrive quite quickly and their items are alright overall, The service you get when you want to return something, basically doesn't exist. That made me furious with the brand and I'll never buy from them again.

I have order clothes over a month ago and have not received them yet. I have not even received any notifications regarding my order and it’s progress. I keep contacting them and the courier customer service but nothing seems to change. Very disappointing

Shein takes an awful long time to ship (a month for a few things) quality Is not that bad but I got something and It felt like cardboard (a dress) the reviews on the website are completely fake and Shein emails all customers that leave a bad review and ask them to change It, very fishy....
