I like to shopping from shein but I don't like product delivery by speedx and onTrac. For speedx I try to contact them by call, website, email but I didn't get any respond. For onTrac it show my product was delivery but I never get it. And I check to the camera record at my apartment mailroom at the time they showed product was delivery but no one send the packgage to me. Please change shipment company if you don't want to lost your customer.
