I ordered om may 10th paid for it still didn't receive it. Try to contact them with no luck Absolutely no customer service at all. You are on your own when something go wrong

I placed an order with Shein for items I urgently needed for my holiday. The parcel was marked as “delivered,” but I never received it. I wasn’t home at the time of delivery, and no proof or photo was provided. Despite reaching out to customer service multiple times, I received no meaningful support—just repeated requests for me to chase the courier. Let’s be clear: it’s Shein’s legal responsibility to resolve issues with their delivery partners, not the customer’s. The lack of urgency, poor communication, and refusal to take responsibility has left me completely disappointed. I now have no time to reorder, no refund, and no resolution. I’ve had no choice but to escalate this to Trading Standards and request a chargeback through my bank. I won’t be ordering from Shein again, and I strongly advise others to think twice—especially if your order is time-sensitive or if you expect basic customer service when things go wrong.

I've ordered 3 items from this company and received none . I got another email today informing me that my package had been delivered and it's definitely not here . None of them are . Got another email telling me I may need to go to each of my neighbors to see if they have my items. How ridiculous is that. I'm wondering about a class action law suit and waiting on my attorney to let me know what we're going to do and how we will proceed . I would most certainly NEVER RECOMMEND SHEIN TO ANYONE. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE ,THEY SIMPLY DO NOT CARE

I ordered 4 solar lanterns with 9 color modes, I received 4 solar lanterns with only one color mode. What a rip off.

They did not deliver a 25$ item. They refuse to refund this though it was never sent. They just robbed me of 25$. This business has no customer service and refuse to give you a manager or supervisor to discuss.

On June 10, I received confirmation from SHEIN that my return package had been received successfully. That same email promised I would receive a refund within a week, following a quality check. It’s now been well over a month, and I still haven’t received my refund. To my surprise, customer service is now claiming that the package is “not registered” even though SHEIN previously confirmed its receipt! I’ve contacted them multiple times, but I keep getting evasive answers. They avoid addressing my questions or the evidence I provide. It feels like I’m not being taken seriously at all as a customer! Be vary wary ordering from this company. You may not get your order and the company has Very poor customer service. I ordered 300 dollars worth of clothing from SHEIN. I have yet to receive my order as the freight company delivered it to some random address and SHEIN have not offered a refund or to resend the items and they are not even trying to look into it. They are asking me to chase up my parcel with the freight company. Buyer be ware!

I spent over a $100.00. The items are all junk. Cheaply made and look nothing like the pictures. I can't figure out how to get my money back. NEVER AGAIN will I order from this trash company!!!!

I purchased a popover pan and waited a couple weeks for it to arrive. Today I get a notice that my refund has gone thru. I never asked for a refund and I checked my credit card account and NO refund was shown. I was expecting this pan a while ago and I held out because it was supposed to be here a while ago. I kept checking the portal to see where it was and it NEVER left the warehouse. Very disappointed and won't shop with them again.

If it were possible to give 0 stars I would. I purchased an item that was never delivered and when I contacted customer service they asked me to send proof that it was not delivered. The only proof I have is that I did not receive the product.

The app is too busy, congested and they are always trying to sell something else. I’m just trying to return an item and get a smaller size, and it’s so complicated. I ordered a smaller size, however I can’t find how to return the incorrect size. I would like to speak with someone but can’t find a phone number. Chat does not work because they don’t understand my issue!!!!

SheIn became a terrible company to shop for !!! I returned 4 items in one bag and they refunded only 1 and they said that 3 did not come !!!! I am disputing my payment with my bank. No customer service to talk about this problem,
