On June 10, I received confirmation from SHEIN that my return package had been received successfully. That same email promised I would receive a refund within a week, following a quality check.
It’s now been well over a month, and I still haven’t received my refund. To my surprise, customer service is now claiming that the package is “not registered” even though SHEIN previously confirmed its receipt!
I’ve contacted them multiple times, but I keep getting evasive answers. They avoid addressing my questions or the evidence I provide. It feels like I’m not being taken seriously at all as a customer!
