Daughter received a sweatshirt as a Christmas gift. Washed 1x and garment shrank out of size. SheIN return policy does not accept washed items so would not process an exchange for larger size. The customer chat person cut me off when I attempted to complain about their policy, so I guess I leave my complaint here instead. Will not be giving them any future business.
