I have tried to contact them multiple times regarding the returns policy. I have emailed so much and no one has got back to me. Absolutely terrible and the worst customer service ever!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They never answer their phone, their emails are fake and they send automated messages through Facebook.
