The worse. I ordered and paid through PayPal for 6 items, only to look back days to my account on Shein to see when items would be shipped and noticed that my order says cancelled, yet no email no return of my funds was given by Shein. I emailed customer service with several proofs only to be told that on their end it was cancelled and funds never received, thank God I used PayPal, where they can see that the funds were given and will dispute this for me. NEVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE FROM SHEIN, VERY POOR SERVICE.
