Very bad customer service after a purchase of a toxic product. We bought melody bed and geltex mattress with Fulham headboard from Silentnight via Carpetright with delivery in December 2020. Complained about the product as it releases smell that causes headaches and difficulty breathing. They keep saying they are reviewing it and no resolution in 2 months.
