Very disappointing and unfair customer service.
I contacted them within the 365 day return window which they now say never happened (conveniently) and have refused to refund or replace my mattress which has metal staples coming out of it (amongst other issues). They are refusing to honour their guarantee when I raised it again with them. And to top it off they were quite rude to me via email and patronising.
