So bloody annoying ! I was prompted to sign up for 10% off my order as I tried checking out an expensive order. I did and then never came through I called silent night customer service and I got sorry can’t provide codes! Just terrible customer service asked to speak to manager who claims call bk we know this won’t happen been 40min no code ill take my business elsewhere! Over 10 yrs buying this brand ill purposely boycott due to this terrible customer service! Any other company would’ve confirmed ur email address and provided a code there and then in d phone shame on this money hungry people who put money before customers
