Avoid Silentnight & Mattressman UK!
Paid nearly £400 for a Silentnight medicated mattress from Mattressman. Within 1 year the springs collapsed, foam sank, and it caused me severe back pain. Tried to claim on the 5-year warranty, but Mattressman refused over a couple of tiny water stains. Staff were rude, unhelpful, and only interested in rejecting claims.
⚠️ Poor quality. Cheap materials. Zero customer care.
⚠️ Don’t waste your money – avoid Silentnight and Mattressman!
