I went to the store in dec first time someone actually told me how to redeem points and what it's good for. So conveniently my 13580 points disappears and i called they said if u don't register the account within 6 months they take the points away. No one ever explained it he said well it's your responsibility to look at ur emails whattttt rude and got no where. Asked to speak to a supervisor and conveniently no one available. At least Nike and Adidas takes care of their clients.
