Bought a pair of the easy slip in golf shoes - 6 weeks later the heel cover on both sides - the golf shop tried to get them changed but they said it was consumer damage - expensive shoe for the quality being rubbish - be trying Footjoy going forward 🤷♂️ brutal product with no customer service
