“I love many of the shoes as far as I love the slip on factor. I like smothered sandals they have. My husband has bought several shoes that the stitching comes on stitched fairly soon like within two weeks time. Their return policy stinks to high heaven. The store would not take them back. They don’t take back any shoe that’s been worn. A shoe doesn’t tear up till you wear it duh. Yes you can mail them in, but they don’t guarantee that they will return your shoe if they disagree with you. Very, very poor return policy on Skechers, which is a shame because I like the shoes.”
“To my wife and myself in the last 20 years, we probably bought 20 to 40 Skechers. I got one of the first slip on and I liked them for about a month and they started splitting on the front toe. I took them into my local sketcher store and the young manager who was a little little rude, but he said sorry there’s nothing we can do because it’s for 90 days I will look on the computer. I don’t have the time if you don’t have an exact date, I will go out of my way to never buy a pair of sketcher shoes ever get by the way I just bought a pair for pickle ball and I’ll make sure I tell everybody I have a pickle ballcourt that I play in which is about 50 strong if this was even the first pair of sketchers I bought it would still be an excusable let alone how many countless pair my wife and I have bought the good news is I will probably pay a little more for new balance Nike who knows but the good thing is I won’t have to deal with you people who don’t care I hope you have cameras at the registers cause the way I was treated was absolutely unacceptable”

“Sketchers at the Grove City, PA outlets location overcharged me $25 and after I left I contacted customer service and they were extremely unprofessional from that point on. They told me I was wrong and to basically deal with it. Extremely unhappy with the store itself at this location and the company with their customer service. Why wouldn’t the big name brand company give me compensation for the $25 and keep their customer happy? They were in the wrong 100%. Would NOT recommend. Go to Nike or Under Armour or Adidas! I will share this negative story every place I can.”

“I had purchased a pair of sketchers for my husband and he loved them. Said they were so comfortable.... so I decided I would order a women's pair for warmth and comfort. Since I would be wearing heavy socks, decided to get a 1/2 size larger - regular size for me 7 M so ordered 7.5 M. I tried putting on the right shoe, with a regular thin sock but could not get my foot into the shoe. After several tires and discomfort from trying, finally got into the shoe. It was not comfortable. Then, took off sock and tried to put on the left shoe, which again, could not get foot into the shoe. It was as though the area for entry was extra small compared to the shoe size. Very disappointed and now, attempting to reture, UPS has missed the pick up date and no email or phone call to say why. Tried calling UPS and after several tries and minutes with an AI, another AI come on line and said we are closed so call on Monday to speak with an agent. SO tired of dealing with AI who is making life difficult... but that is the way they like it.”
“Thank you for the excellant customer service at the Montclair Sketchers store in Omaha, Ne. We love sketchers shoes but did have a problem with one of our slip on mens shoes wearing at the back. The manager was so kind and helped us by replacing the shoe. We love the sketcher shoes for walking they are of great comfort for us seniors and the only shoes we prefer to wear on a daily basis. We went into find another pair and came home with three more pairs. We have always enjoyed the cleanliness and the friendliness at this particular store in Omaha. “I really wanted to try the Skechers Slip-On shoes. Thank goodness I did not pay full price for these. I bought two different styles and I found the same problem. They were not comfortable at all. Both pairs lacked adequate arch support, it was like a cheap pair of shoes off Temu. The lack of support made my feet and ankles roll.”
“Poor Fit and Misleading Return Policy
Really disappointed with this purchase and the in-store experience.
The display pair I tried was probably a wide fit or just larger, so I unknowingly ended up with a tighter version in the same size. The left shoe is too narrow and causes pain on the side of my foot (near the bone).
When I went back to two stores closer to my home, I got mixed advice — some staff said to keep wearing them to see if they become more comfortable, while another said that once the shoes have been worn, even for 30–60 minutes, they can’t be replaced. Now I’ve been told they won’t accept a return, even though I only wore them indoors for less than an hour.
I admit it’s partly my fault for not being more careful, but the “30-day return policy” feels misleading. It doesn’t really help customers once the shoes have been briefly tested.
Some shoes may slip on wet floors, feel hard in some areas, and other Skechers I’ve owned have worn out after only six months ( at least was outlet price 59$, not 159$).
Overall, poor quality and one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.”
“Hey everyone, I just wanna give you guys a heads up. I was dealing with sketchers on a pair of shoes. I got a year ago as defects happen before the year. I just let it go, but the defects started getting worse on both shoes and when I try to deal with the warranty thing, I had to find my receipt as they don’t use bank statements I finally found the receipt it was over the year And then Skechers said because it’s over the year we cannot do nothing for you as a consumer they should have better understanding as to find a receipt that’s about a year. It’s harder to find if they don’t like to look at the bank statement so for my shoes at first, they sent me an email saying to go to the store and get them to look at it all so they could do the warranty as I did. Send it all in but you gotta go to the skechers.com Not the.ca for the warranty thing as the receipt was held up on the .ca now they say we can’t do the warranty so for all consumers be aware of their faults”

“Disabled veteran screwed by Sketchers . shoes started falling apart after just 3 weeks. Unable to return to the sketchers store for exchange. Have to send back to factory ? Are you kidding me ? Even Wallmart will exchange bad shoes for new. I am a disabled veteran and unable to stand in line at the post office to return the shoes. If I was able to, I would attach the shoes to a brick and through them through your F… window .”
