“I had to get a new pair of shoes for work and Edgar one of the managers for Buca di Beppo from a different location suggested that I go to Skechers to get them. If I did I would be able to get in 30% off with a code. Although there were stipulations that had to be met. From the moment I entered the Taylorsville Skechers and began interacting with Kylee I was very happy due to her patience and helpfulness. It was very near closing as it was when I went in the store to make my purchase. Not once did I feel pressured or rushed. Thank you Kylee and I do apologize for not writing the review when I said that I would. I have been having telephone issues. Thanks again for giving such great Customer Service to this customer. The site goes down while your using it and doesn't even save your cart. Also, the filters are just plain stupid and cookie cutter.. YOURE LOSING MILLIONS SKECHERS. Because the service is bad, order takes to long to receive but the take your payment immediately but make you wait over a week before processing and even longer to receive in mail. I’m disappointed with their online service.

With so many shoes to pick from I was able to find what I wanted with the generous help and patience of the Skechers staff. In particular, associate Satyam and Navneet. Thank you so much.”
“I went to the skechers store located at 7720 W Bell Rd Ste A, Glendale, AZ 85308 on 12-18-2023 in the late afternoon. When I was in the store I noticed the associates who worked there were going in the backroom hiding out and barely on the floor at all. I did see an associate dusting around the store at one point and making a point to not help anyone. I had to chase her down to ask a question and once she sort of answered it, she was gone. She also never asked if I needed any additional help. It's a big store and the associates working there were almost impossible to find and this is right before Christmas. One would think they would be more attentive. Nope. They never once approached me and asked if I needed help. Probably because they weren't helping any of the customers there. I decided to try and find shoes myself and as I was trying on the skechers, I cut my finger open deep on one of the cardboard boxes the shoes came in. I'm injured and bleeding in their store and I couldn't find anyone there to help me at all. I looked but once again they were gone. I'm trying not to get my blood all over the place since it was bleeding pretty bad. I found a handkerchief in my purse and wrapped it around my finger to help with the bleeding. I tried to try on the shoes and still look for someone to help but found no one. I finally left the store. That is probably one of the worst stores I've ever been into and I will never go back. The icing on the cake is I called Skechers customer service the next day 12-19-2023 at 1:47pm and told them what happened, how I injured myself in their store, I was bleeding and the customer service representative assured me she was sending this complaint and my information to the district manager of that area and they would absolutely get back to me within 72 hours. It's now 1-2-2024 and I have not heard one word from anyone from skechers at all. If they don't care enough to get back with someone who was bleeding in their store, imagine how little they will care about anyone else who has a bad experience in one of their stores. With as many stores as there are to purchase shoes and different brands to purchase, good customer service goes a long way nowadays in helping decide where and what company we will spend our money with. This experience with the skechers store, their poor customer service and the district manager who has absolutely no legal concern about returning phone calls about injuries in their stores helped me make the decision to never purchase skechers ever again.”
