“Approximately a year ago I purchased a pair of shoes from Skechers store. The number of the shoe was sn237608ww. They did a major change in their inner soul for this shoe. Needless to say what they replaced the memory foam cushy stuff that was in my old shoe with something I could get in any store. Needless to say it did not purchase any shoes from that Skechers store. Probably will never again because of the switch in the uncomfortable inner soul. I have sensitive feet and those were the only ones that I could use and walk without pain. At that time it was buy one get one for half price. I had purchased a comfortable casual shoe that had the same kind of memory foam that was in the shoe I mentioned earlier in this review. They did the same thing that one. And now I have a pair of shoes I don't wear that I brand you because they switched the memory foam. Did not realize that till I got it home. Needless to say I did not wear those for several months so I could not return them. This is my opinion and I'm sticking to it.”
“Not at all happy that the Bob sneakers have changed. I ordered a pair and returned them at they fit larger and not as comfortable as the original ones, nor do they have the padded elastic heal so you could wear them as a slip on”

“I was in the outlet at eglinton and warden and met Sage. She was pleasant and more than helpful. She went quite high up a ladder to find a slipper size for me even though heights made her uncomfortable. Yes, I bought the slippers and yes, I would go back again because of the staff. They know when to step in to offer help and when to leave you alone to look. Many others could learn from them. I left with four pairs of footwear, one of them for my husband. I definitely will go back.”

“I am writing this review with great disappointment and frustration. After only three weeks of wear, the sole has "worn out" to such an extent that the shoes have become unusable. For a brand like Skechers, I expected much higher quality and durability, especially considering the price.
However, what is even worse than the product quality itself is the customer support. I tried to resolve the issue through their support, but I hit a wall of irresponsibility and blame-shifting. No one wanted to take responsibility for the obvious defect in the product. They just kept passing me from one person to another, without any concrete solution or willingness to help.
This is absolutely unacceptable. Not only did I waste money on a poor-quality product, but I also lost time and nerves trying to exercise my rights as a customer.
From my experience, I can only say: I will never buy anything from Skechers again. It is clear that they lack concern for both product quality and customer satisfaction. Avoid them at all costs if you don't want to find yourself in the same situation.”

“I am a 60 year old active man and professional wildlife photographer. I began feeling sharp pain in the back of both my feet and after X-rays and MRIs I who was told by a two podiatrists that I need surgery on both feet. With the three month recovery time (per foot) necessary to heal - and the described 10 out of 10 pain of the surgery I asked if there was anything else I could try before committing to this horrible surgical solution. One of the podiatrists said, “You can try Hoka shoes and put a small heal lift in it.” I tried the Hoka shoes and they did very little to relieve my heel pain while I walked and actually made my feet hurt worse while just sitting at a table at a restaurant. I felt helpless and nearly committed to the surgery when one day I passed a Skechers store. I put on a pair of their slip-in walking shoes and was instantly impressed with how comfortable they made my feet feel - particularly my heels. Because of their incredible deals like buy two and get one free, I bought three pairs. The next thing I know, I’m out walking miles with a huge camera and tripod again and I don’t feel any pain in my feet as long as I wear them. I now have six pairs of Skechers including house shoes and golf shoes and I literally can’t wear anything else. Brilliantly done Skechers. Thank you!!!!”

Shopped at the Skechers Store on Bay parkway and bought a pair plus, they didn't have my sie in another style and offered to look it up and order it for me.
