We observed her kindness and compassion as she waited on 2 older women in front of us. Her customer service skills excelled as she helped them to get their shoes purchased and did not rush them but gently encouraged them as they used their credit cards, etc. And then when our turn came she greeted us kindly also. I think the Sketchers store in Salem, New Hampshire is privileged to have an employee of her caliber.”

“First of all? Sketchers are available in "Hard to Find Colors". I have 4 pairs; (Grey, Hot Pink, Red, and Orange). They match perfectly with what I want to wear ♥️ More than likely? I will be ordering the "Lime" Skechers 😃 They fit perfectly and are comfortable. When you first try them on? They may feel just a little snug. I suggest you walk in them for a day; And you will be fine. The memory foam will adjust to your feet. Great Sneakers and well worth the price ♥️”
“I love my Skechers! Recently, while on a hiking trip in the Swiss Alps, I took off my beloved hiking boots and found a huge blister. No way I could wear the boots the next day. Skechers to the rescue! I walked about 7 miles a day the next 3 days in my Skechers and ended the trip happy”

“I walked into the Skechers Shoe store at 1002 S Clearview Parkway in the Elwood Shopping Center, Harahan, LA and I was pleasantly pleased with the service that Jada gave me. I recently bought a pair of Reggea-Scenery Foamies and they were not comfortable after worn part of one day. I was returning home from vacation and only had the sandals and my credit card receipt and Jada did NOT blink an eye to say that I could get another pair with the credit. I did find another pair of Skechers and Jada was able to process the return and new purchase with a minimal payment from me. I was in the store less than 5 minutes and walked out a satisfied customer.”

“I’ve been wearing Skechers Slip-Ins for four years now. Skechers design and comfort are exemplary. The Skechers outlet at Jersey Gardens in Elizabeth N.J. Is clean and organized. Their sales staff, especially Gerald, were courteous and very helpful. Gerald knew Skechers products very well which made it easier for me to choose my items. The store manager, Schurlles was attentive to his staff and his customers as he walked the sales floor to offer help, advice and encouragement.”

“I was in the outlet at eglinton and warden and met Sage. She was pleasant and more than helpful. She went quite high up a ladder to find a slipper size for me even though heights made her uncomfortable. Yes, I bought the slippers and yes, I would go back again because of the staff. They know when to step in to offer help and when to leave you alone to look. Many others could learn from them. I left with four pairs of footwear, one of them for my husband. I definitely will go back.”
