“Heidi, the assistant manager at the Queen Creek, AZ Skechers is one amazing employee and they are lucky to have her working for their company. She is friendly and helpful. She quickly got a ladder and climbed to the top to get a pair of shoes in my size. Then when I asked about other colors in the same shoe she got on a computer by the checkout and found one of the colors that I wanted. I ordered and paid for them at the store, to be shipped to my house. A third color she located for me at another store and made sure they were in my size. I asked her about the “buy one get one half off” price and she told me to take my receipt for the pair I’d purchased at Queen Creek to the second store to get the discount on the second pair. She is intelligent and extremely efficient. She is tops in customer service! I’ll definitely go back to that store again!”
“Several months ago, I bought a pair of winter Sketchers on sale. Once I started wearing them months later, they felt too big, although they were my size. I had thrown away the receipt. I kept trying to wear them. I found myself walking right out of them. I took them to the Sketchers’ shop on Scottsdale Road and she immediately found the same shoe in a smaller size and exchanged them with no hesitation or receipt. Customer service was exemplary.”

“I would like to comment on my own experience with the sketchers shoes. I’m an 81 years old and I have two bad knees that were injected about 4 weeks ago, but the pain still there.
My husband took me to the store and bought me a pair of slips on sketchers. I started using them for a week and the difference in my knees paint is about 85% better to the point that we when to get me another pair. I will recommend any one with knee problems to try this shoes I’m sure that you will see the difference.”
