Alas, I was physically in their store and didn’t receive the discount. Not to happy about that. If you’re promoting discounts at least put it in larger letters and not in the fine print below. Ugh!”
“First, it is ridiculous there are no vibrant spring colors available in slip-in/Hands Free shoes this time of season and pending Summer season. No yellows, purples, pastel or otherwise. Overall, I only wear Sketchers and only purchased online and at their Sketcher stores.”

“Christina helped my husband choose slip on moccasin Skechers with care and politeness, so we bought two pair. Can't say the same for the manager, Kristen, who was argumentive. Ask for Christina, a wonderful black sales person at Palmdale Skechers outlet on the east side.”
“They look great and slipping your feet in was easy. There seems to be plenty of cushioning for comfort. The only draw back I have is they are a loose fit. So my feet move around a little. If I tie them to snug up onto my feet while wearing them it’s really hard to slip in the next time I wear them. So do I want easy slip ins or a shoe that snugs your feet for a tighter more comfortable fit. I can’t have both evidently”
“****Many years ago Skechers made a slip on with a stretchy insert around the faux laces and the entire ankle area. The ones they make today do not work for people with a high instep. There is no stretch in the lace area to insert a high instep. I know of many people who cannot wear the slip ons because of this flaw. Sketchers, please fix. My old ones are falling apart after years of use and I would like some new ones. (the ones I have are sn22722 168-1 frrom 12, 2016 ) Thank you”
“I bought 2 pairs of Sketchers in March 2023 and then started packing to move to another state. Between selling, moving and buying a new home in the new state they were a year old and still never worn. I took them to a store 13 months later with no box, no receipt other than the debit card transaction showing the purchase from Sketchers just to see if they might be able to do anything. I expected nothing but it didnt hurt to ask. Mysize also had changed and I was totally at fault for the whole scenario. The person answering the phone when I was trying to find their place was extremely rude but I did get there. I went in, the Asst Manager was at the counter and I explained the situation. She scanned them and gave me the scanned price and gave me a store credit for about $3.00 less than I had paid. That was fabulous and wasn't expected but she could see the shoes hadn't been worn and I did have verification I had purchased some shoes when I said I had. She then assisted me in finding what I was looking for as there was a buy one get one 50% off sale. I walked out with 2 new pair. They did not have to do anything and I was extremely pleased.
That said, I have one pair of Sketchers I have had for years so after reading the reviews I hope these hold up. [My husband had also bought 2 pair at the same time I had and they're still fine.]”
“Skechers has become the worse one on the market. I bought a pair a couple weeks ago they were terrible I called the customer dept and couldn’t get threw for six days either the phones were out or I was on hold for over an hour I can’t return them because there wasn’t a packing slip inside or a return slip either what a terrible co. I will never buy Skechers again”
