I walked into the Skechers Shoe store at 1002 S Clearview Parkway in the Elwood Shopping Center, Harahan, LA and I was pleasantly pleased with the service that Jada gave me. I recently bought a pair of Reggea-Scenery Foamies and they were not comfortable after worn part of one day. I was returning home from vacation and only had the sandals and my credit card receipt and Jada did NOT blink an eye to say that I could get another pair with the credit. I did find another pair of Skechers and Jada was able to process the return and new purchase with a minimal payment from me. I was in the store less than 5 minutes and walked out a satisfied customer.
