“Ordered golf shoes on May 20 /2023. Golf shoes made it to Customs then were returned to their main office in California. Have no idea why. Emailed Skechers Canada and got no response other than generic response about how important I was. Phoned, no answer, left message, no return call. Today I emailed them and told them to cancel order as I was hoping to get the golf shoes before the end of summer and it didn't look like that was going to happen.”
“I spent $115 on a pair of max cushioning sneakers. The salesperson at the store said they would be great for Mt job that requires standing for 8 hours. I wore them to work and my feet started to kill.me as the shoes tilt you forward when standing still

Finally found a young male helper leaned against a wall on his phone. The check out young lady must have had a hard day. NEVER smiled, nothing. Will never shop or buy Sletchers again. I for one will not purchase these poorly made trash shoes again. 1/8 inch of so called memory foam can also be found in a $20 pair of Walmart shoes. “Skechers: I purchased a pair of boots and a pair of shoes in the same order. I only received the boots. I waited to receive the shoe delivery because I never had a delivery problem before. Time passed and I didnāt receive anything elseā¦ I tried to call the # provided in my email that said my order was delivered but the # was no longer valid, neither was the email address to contact Skechers regarding this order. I couldnāt find any other way to contact Skechers except for an automated chat box. I was informed by chat that since I did not contact them within 30 days, Iām outta luck. I wonāt be receiving my shoes nor a refund. I asked to speak with a supervisor but of course one is not available!! I gave all my personal information for contacting me but again was I was told to contact my banking institution and that Iāll be contacted in 24/48 hoursā¦ I replied with I doubt it!
I feel this is very bad customer service because Iāve been a loyal customer for almost 30 yearās and buy 10/15 pairs of shoes per year sometimes more!! Considering I had a stroke very recently and finding out the whereabouts of my shoes was not my priorityā¦I think Iāll find another company to buy my footwear from. This is one dissatisfied customer!!! If I could give Skechers a zero rating I would!!!”
