We visited Telford store & Mark served us. My daughter has additional needs & isn’t easy to find trainers for, but everyone at Sketchers are always so helpful, & Mark was no exception! He was super helpful & very knowledgeable. The only pair my daughter wanted they didn’t have in her size, so he phoned Shrewsbury store & reserved a pair for us. When we collected them, Kat served us & she was just as helpful & knowledgeable. She helped us purchase some new socks too, that will help with my daughter’s sensory needs & hopefully prolong the life of the trainers.
