“Very bad experience. I purchased from Skechers website and returned it after having some issues but even after a month I have not received a refund and no one is replying to my email or picking up my phone.”
“I recently visited a Skechers outlet for the first time. They were having a buy one get one 50% off sale. Additionally, we had a 10% store promotion. I was thrilled! The girl who helped me was very pleasant as I struggled with width due to problem feet. She told me not to worry, to get what I wanted and wear them. She said very clearly and with no hesitation, that if they hurt my feet or didn’t feel right for any reason, that I could return them up to 30 days even if I wore them for several days. Well, I wore them once, for about an hour and my feet were screaming at me. My wife and I each wanted to exchange 1 pair that weren’t right. At roughly the 20 day mark, we went back to the store and were told immediately that they would not accept sneakers that had been worn. They then repeatedly told us the return policy. After I expressed my displeasure and anger, they decided to accept my 1 hour worn sneakers. My wife and I both selected a pair that were a few dollars more…no big deal. Now their game starts. As they rang us up, our total became $45 more than originally. They withdrew the 10% promotion on ALL FOUR PAIR because it didn’t apply today. Bad business, unethical and misleading I think. I’m angry! I feel cheated and lied to. Either Skechers sales staff doesn’t know policies or they will say anything to make a sale and move on. This Skechers store #914, on Corcoran blvd in Port Char;otte, FL and maybe all Skechers stores, have gained and lost a customer in one fell swoop. If you shop at Skechers, don’t accept anything that you are told. Know that whatever you buy, it’s yours for keeps, like it or not!”
“Sketchers are Sketchy. I bought some work boots in January and they started coming apart. Warranty said send them back and they will examine and compensate. So I needed boots for work so I bought a different pair from Sketchers and used that box to send back the damaged ones.
Sketchers refunded the shoes I just bought saying they went off the box that I used instead of the damaged boots inside.
So I didnt get refunded or exchanged for the damaged boots. They refunded the new ones I bought instead. SO NOW WHEN THE NEW BOOTS GO BAD I CANT EXCHANGE BECAUSE THEY PAID ME BACK FOR THOSE INSTEAD OF THE ORIGINAL DAMAGED ONE. IN SINCE THEY VOIDED OUT THE DAMAGED BOOTS WARRANTY AND THE NEW BOOTS WARRANTY BY REFUNDED THAT AMOUNT INSTEAD OF THE DAMGED ONES. TRIED TALKING TO THEM AND THEY SAID THEY ARE SORRY THEY WILL GIVE ME A 30% OFF OF MY NEXT PURCHASE BY DEC 31, 2025. Really like I will buy more shores.”
“I bought a $60 pair of black rubber-like beach shoes, and I left them out in the sunlight for one day, and they shrank such that I couldn't wear them. When I told them, their reply was "rubber shoes shrink in the sunlight. Well, I've been paying $14 for a pairs of black rubber Puma flaps for over 10 years, and I intentionally put them in the Phoenix AZ sunlight twice a week to sterilize them and make them odor free... and they NEVER SHRINK. Sketcher, at least put a big warning inside the box so folks know beforehand. [Drop the Shoe]”
“Very bad experience with Skechers

When I go checkout it come regular price
I choose a Thor 1 it happens same like 4 to 5 pair I choose but same
Very disappointed.. waste of time !!!”
“Review of Skechers Store in Kaunas Akropolis
I want to share my regrettable experience with a pair of shoes I purchased at the Skechers store in Kaunas Akropolis. After wearing them only about 10 times, an unpleasant, rubber-rubbing sound started to appear, which is audible not when I'm walking, but when I'm simply shuffling my feet in place.
I initially visited another Skechers store, where the manager immediately identified the sound as a defect. However, they couldn't accept the return, as their policy requires customers to return items only to the store where they were originally purchased.
Upon returning to the Kaunas Akropolis store, I was met with an utterly incompetent store manager. She refused to acknowledge the defect, claiming she "couldn't see anything." I tried to explain that the problem needed to be heard, not seen, and that the sound was not caused by friction with the ground. Her suggestion that the sound was a result of "excellent sole grip" was completely illogical, as it occurs even when I'm just shuffling my feet in place. Due to her inability to understand the issue, I was advised to contact the Consumer Rights Protection Authority.
Because of this incompetent employee, I am now forced to waste my time filing a complaint with the Consumer Rights Authority. I also contacted Skechers' customer service, which for 10 days claimed to be "resolving the issue," only to eventually direct me back to the physical store where the problem originated. This level of unprofessionalism and deplorable customer service is truly disappointing.”
“I just left Skechers and they have a 30% off sticker on rows of shoes. You go up to pay and it’s the list price that is on the box. The checkout person pointed out that it was already discounted and is in small print under the 30% sticker. Since there was no indication on the box that they had already been discounted other than the adjusted outlet price, it was pretty misleading and almost sneaky. Will check more closely next time I go in and read the small print. I really see no need for the red sticker if they’re not going to give you a 30% discount.”
“I received a pair of your sneakers as a birthday gift from my children. When I opened the box a pair of dirty and worn sneakers were inside. My girls were shocked on how bad they looked and were embarrassed.Very dissapointing.”
“Bought the Slip on's after about 2 hours after wearing began to hurt on the under outside of my foot. The next day my foot was a bit tender the following day couldn't put my foot to the floor with the pain and a week later it's still the same or worse. Have Plantar Fasciitis and am now going to doctor to get treatment and have to take timeoff work. Horrendous experience, wouldn't recommend to anyone. And having since spoken to people with the same experiences.”
“My husband and I will enjoy our new pairs of sketcher shoes that we purchased today- BUT today we were most impressed by the young woman “Ray” who was at the cash register. We observed her kindness and compassion as she waited on 2 older women in front of us. Her customer service skills excelled as she helped them to get their shoes purchased and did not rush them but gently encouraged them as they used their credit cards, etc. And then when our turn came she greeted us kindly also. I think the Sketchers store in Salem, New Hampshire is privileged to have an employee of her caliber.”
“Branch Kakiya Sketchers..I visited i get here one guy he s name is Saad this
