Scott in your Milford, MA, store made my happy by greeting me as soon as I walked in (5/13/25) even though he was not near the door. He was down one of the aisles yet he said hello and asked if he could help me right away. I had been in this same store three days earlier (5/10/25) and the whole time I was in the store not one person asked me if they could help me. A couple of your folks actually walked right past me and did not acknowledge. Scott not only said hello but was extremely in getting me into the right shoe for me as I was returning one of the pair I had bought 3 days earlier with no help.
