I returned a pair of sneakers that cause bleeding blisters on my toes. This was because the vinyl or plastic material used to make the sneakers was so stiff it cut into my toes whenever I took a step. I immediately boxed up the shoes and wrap them exactly as I received them with all internal tissue and foot forms etc. I tracked the return and found out get yours had the sneakers for over a week but didn't contact me about a refund. When I called, I found out Skechers refused to give me a refund, claiming the sneakers were "slightly worn". When I explained the sneakers were defective, they would not change their decision and still refuse to give me my money.
