Bought a pair of sandals. Within a couple of months the strap began to wear resulting a twisted loop, making walking uncomfortable. I complained and they said there must be a manufacturing defect, and had me ship them back. Three weeks later I got a message saying that based on the PHOTOS In sent, it was normal wear and tear and only offered me a 35% discount. Very cheaply made and would not recommend buying under any circumstances.
