Very Disappointed – Poor Customer Service and System (DO NOT BUY ONLINE
I’ve had a terrible experience with this company. I paid twice to buy shoes online, and both times ended up losing time and money.
First order – I paid online and selected in-store pickup. The system showed my size was available, but when I went to the store, they told me it was out of stock and said I’d get a refund. Complete waste of time.
Second order – I ordered another pair of shoes online and waited three weeks. After sending multiple follow-up emails, I was finally told the item had gone missing. They refunded me but deducted the shipping fee, which I find unacceptable. Why should the customer bear the cost when the mistake was on their end?
No proper follow-up, no apology, and no accountability.
Extremely poor system and even worse customer support. Very disappointed.
