One Star - Extremely Disappointed with Store Manager's Behavior I've been a loyal Skechers customer for years, but my recent experience at the Glendale, AZ location (7720 W Bell Rd) on 7/13/2025 left me shocked and disappointed. I visited the store with a simple question--where is the wide shoe section? When I asked the store manager, she responded curtly that she was helping someone else and immediately turned and walked away without any further acknowledgment. Her tone was unnecessarily rude and dismissive, which caught us off guard for such a basic question. When we later approached her to express how her behavior made us feel disrespected, instead of apologizing or clarifying, she doubled down on the attitude and told us to leave her store. I couldn't believe that level of unprofessionalism came from someone in a managerial role. This is not how any customer should be treated, especially by someone who is supposed to set the standard for customer service. I hope Skechers takes this feedback seriously, because experiences like this make customers think twice about supporting the brand.
