The running shoes which i bought from skechers got torn within a month. When asked for echange/refund the customer care puts the blame on me and refused to give exchange or refund. I feel that i thoroughly deserve to get a exchange/refund, but the customer care people denied twice. I feel this is injustice. I have written to them again and waiting for their reply.
