As a long time happy customer I ran into my first issue only to find the Company is not reputable. After six weeks of normal use the inner seam on my new Go Walkers began to separate. I called customer service and provided all the required information which included pictures of the damage and sole to confirm new. The response was I needed to return their defective product at my expense which was not acceptable. I asked if I could return to the store and advise stores do not handle defective merchandise which is ridiculous. This policy is designed to discourage customers and avoid returns. I generally purchase two pairs of Skechers annually but in the future it will be a different brand.
