I bought a pair of sneakers from Outlet store on Murphy Rd in Houston.. tTried walking in them at store to get feel for fit. I then tried to wear to exercise class for 45 min. After class I had to go barefoot home cause shoe hurt my foot so. After 1 wk of purchase, I tried to return shoes for credit. The manager said she couldn’t give credit wo rcpt..I have returned to store and now being told I can’t return because ‘used’. I discussed w cashier who told me he was manager. Finally brought the SAME women who hAndled me at first attempt to return. Still wouldn’t give my money back because policy is to not take back used shoes!!! Not mentioned first trip. So I went to get shoes to exchange and this is what they are selling for new shoes
