I purchased a pair of sketcher sandals towards the end of last summer. I have hardly worn them and the stitching has come part on one of the sandals. I have taken them back to the Merry Hill branch who their Assistant Brach Manager Ian was very rude who requested a receipt which I did not have due to the time which has elapsed. He had no customer service and kept repeating this!!! I have sent an email to their CEO who todate I have not received a response to. Beware of the quality of their footwear as they have no after care !!!!
