I have been a long time, loyal customer of Skechers - no more! I placed an order for a shoe because the order kept being cancelled -- stated "due to high demand" but each time it said "in stock". After hours on hold & finally a call back, I am told there must have been a criss-cross in inventory & assured the are back in & that I will be receiving a 20% off code via email to reorder (for a 5th time). I wait for the code, but it doesn't work. I call customer service who tells me code doesn't work on this shoe since it is on sale & then tells me I must of heard what I wanted to hear from the 1st rep. thinking I could use it on this shoe. Rude! I know the 1st rep. said she was sending the code as a courtesy to my mishaps with last 4 cancelled orders & that I could use the code to reorder the shoe. Conveniently I couldn't speak to a supervisor because they was no one on hand so said 2nd rep. & advised that he would email, but the price of shoe goes up in 2 days & can't count on someone getting back to me by then. Really? So unprofessional. What was my favorite store... is no more! Hours waiting for customer service, lying no supervisors & give me a code doesn't work after 4 cancelled orders -- by Skechers!
