Bought shoes last Friday. Removing cardboard from a lace at the bottom. Accidentally cut the string. Called all numbers. Took too long to get a call back. Customer service called on Tuesday. Said they do not sell replacement shoestrings. Shoes are comfortable. However, not recommended for additional customer service satisfaction.
