I bought a pair of slip resistant work shoes. When I received then I used a shoe stretcher on then for a day and then I wore them. The day I had them on I keeper slipping and sliding on the refeshly mopped floor. I sent them back and asked for a new pair not a refund but a new pair and they said that the show was worn and torn from time and not the new pair that I had just bought. They would not give me a new pair and they would not give me a refund. I had to ask for them to send the pair that I had sent them back to me. I was not going to let them keep my 100 dollers and the slip resistant shoes that you slid around in. I went and bought me a new pair of Fila pair.
